The designated parking space is a huge plus. If you rent a car, make sure it's a compact car/suv. You can feel very safe walking around during the day or night in the area. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Beach is within walking distance also. Room was very clean, host was available by phone if had a question. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of water pressure for the bath and shower. I will stay there again when we return.

We didn’t get a email with instructions to get in to the building, and we were sent the wrong code for the door. After the frustrating check in, things went much better. The apartment had a great kitchen and plenty of room for what we needed. Close to everything downtown. Having a washer and dryer was a plus, and having a parking spot was ideal.

立地が良いのと駐車場と洗濯機があるのでいつもフォーパドルを使用しています(^^♪早は古さはありますが気分良く宿泊できました。ただお風呂は水圧が弱く全体的に古いので改装していただけると良いかと思います。あとは特に難なく快適でした!
We enjoyed our stay at this condo unit. It was clean, well-furnished and only 5-6 minutes away from Waikiki beach. The building has secure access and the unit had an allocated parking spot in the gated garage. It had free WiFi and the check-in/out was super easy. Communication with the property manager was minimal and that's because they made the check-in/out super easy. A bonus was it also had 3 beach chairs, an umbrella and cooler that we used on beach trips. I would consider staying here again the next time we're in Oahu.

Convenient location from everything around. Loved the view of the ocean from both the livingroom and bedroom. Well stocked kitchen. I just love the area. I am originally from Hawaii and I couldn't ask for more. It was just perfect.

View was wonderful. Upon arrival we found the bathroom sink dirty and 4 of 5 bathroom lights were out. Kitchen floor was stained and did not appear to have been mopped. Contacted James and he responded immediately to the light problem. Found them to be unscrewed rather than burned out.

Nice partial ocean view and comfortable condo.
Greatly in need of a reno though. Popcorn ceilings, old appliances, cheap countertops, chips in flooring, poor finishing on trim and baseboards, and dated bathroom. The taps in the kitchen and bathroom need replacing too.

We were only in this unit for a week, but found it very comfortable and close to everything Waikiki has to offer. We appreciated the contact from Jean, when we arrived and Vincent when we left. We would highly recommend booking through Captain Cook Resorts. Mahalo.
We enjoyed the location, property and view of this VRBO. Would highly recommend to others. Walk to beaches, stores - everything you need, really. Neighbors very nice and friendly in complex. Just an FYI - it is in the city so you do have some city/traffic noise but really not a big deal.
Location: very convenient for everything. Free parking: the deciding factor in choosing this unit, so we had freedom to explore the entire island as planned. The check-in and –out process, the pre-arrival instructions: easy to follow.
Bedroom: King bed is comfortable but be mindful of not being tripped by its leg at a very awkward corner. Kitchen: well equipped with plenty of dishes, utensils, pots and pans, an electric kettle. Bathroom: plenty of towels of adequate quality; other necessities: adequate in quality and quantity. Furniture is old but in working condition, not a problem. Very nice to have ample closet space, many hangers, and drawers. In-suit washer and dryer: easy to use, a great feature.
To be improved: The unit needs updating or even some remodeling. The kitchen faucet needs replacing. The bathroom, albeit adequate in size and function, feels like in a motel in terms of its constructional details such as moldings and caulking. The shower head and/or faucet in the tub that drips all the time needs replacing. Replace the big corner cabinet in the bedroom, a potential liability. Not a big issue: We were just surprised to find a popcorn (asbestos) ceiling, popular about 50 years ago.

We loved the convenience and parking - everything was either walkable or driveable from the condo! Having everything available close by was a great plus!
It was perfect the location was great 10 min walk to beach, the room had a view of the ocean, It had all the amenities you could ask for the balcony was great. I will come back again. I work for Hilton and had many choices of where to stay his visit. In the futureI will stay there on my next visit if it is available
