The place was exactly as described. It had everything we needed for our stay, and most importantly to me it was quiet and peaceful! Hanalei Bay a short drive, Princeville market a short walk. We spent 3 of our 4 days on the south side of the island beautiful drive each day. Would absolutely recommend!!Randall Morrison

The unit is very comfortable and clean. It was a nice location for exploring the north side of the island. There was clear directions, and communication from the host.
The unit was comfortable and met all our needs during our stay. The kitchen was quite usable and the back deck and triple glass door provided a lovely local view. We would be happy to stay here again.
The condo was very comfortable and well stocked with everything I needed, including beach items. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm on Kauai. Mahalo nui loa!

Good location and a reasonable price. The place was clean but worn. A lot of noise from neighbors, landscapers, and contractors working on nearby properties.
Stayed 6 nights in February 2025.Property is close to main road, easy to get to, within walking distance of prob the best priced fresh poke on the island, Foodland. Along with a couple eateries and pubs. The unit is perfect for a couple, very clean, has all the kitchen equipment you could want, covered back patio, variety of tv channels, that we didn’t watch, a nice looking pool, that we didn’t have a chance to try, within walking distance of Wyllie's Beach beach, a steep hike back, but worth it for snorkeling with turtles and rays. Tickle trunk on the porch had beach chairs and toys and snorkels and a boogie board. Washer and dryer in the unit, lots of extra towels, and a few extra for the beach as well. The unit was getting a fresh coat of exterior paint during our stay, should be nice and new looking for the next guests. Would stay here again if it’s available. That side of the island is beautiful and a lot cooler than the other. Definitely more wet, and the sea gets rough in February. But it’s only an hour drive to the hot sunny side, if ya needed to dry out. We had plenty of sun during our stay tho. Thanks again to the host for making their place available for us to stay at.

This is a great place to stay in Princeville. All conveniences close by: Foodland, beautiful Hanalei town. Hanalei pier and beach, Limahuli Garden, Hanna Beach and so much more. Host has stocked the unit with all necessary beach gear and even soft sided cooler.
This property was perfect for our needs. It has everything you need for a great stay. Comfortable bed, efficient kitchen, beach chairs, towels, umbrella. The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful north Island. We would stay in this exact spot for the next visit to this wonderful Island.
This property was in a great location, very clean, spacious and cute. It came equipped with lots of cooking items, beach toys, chairs, umbrella, towels, snorkelling gear and anything you might need. Absolutely no complaints.
What a great little condo: Perfect location-able to walk to stores, walking paths, a trail down to the beach. We really appreciated the cleanliness and calm. The kitchen was well-equipped, bed comfy, bathroom spacious. Don't hesitate to choose this condo for all or some of your island stay- this is a great launching pad to enjoy all the island has to offer and provides a comfrotable retreat to rest and recharge!

We loved the location. The condo was well kept and clean. We loved the full kitchen. The only hard thing was close proximity to neighbors with thin walls.
My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay. The studio apartment was perfect for us and allowed us to completely relax. The apartment had an umbrella, chairs, snorkel gear, and anything you need for the beach. I was so shocked by that!
The location is unmatched. We were able to walk to the Princeville farmers market on Saturday as well as walk to the market when we needed to.
We sat on the deck, enjoyed the greenery, and it made our vacation a complete ease.
This is a great place and I'd stay here again anytime. The traditional Hawaiian decor was great and the birdsong in the morning was so nice. Super clean, helpful host. And I appreciated the beach gear that was available. Great location on the north shore, just 10 minutes from Hanalei.
The studio was perfect for two people and in a great location to explore the north and east parts of Kauai. The owner was very responsive and checkin and parking were straightforward. Looking forward to visiting again in the future.
My wife and I had a great stay for our tenth anniversary. The area was fantastic and we had everything we needed. I appreciated the communication from the host as there were some disruptions that occurred that were outside her control. Additionally she reimbursed us for some times when there was construction on the second floor. Overall we loved our stay and would return.
The pictures are accurate, but can't really give you the full feeling of roominess that you get when you enter the condo. It is listed as a studio, but the separation of the bedroom area with a screened wall makes it feel like a one bedroom apartment! It is nicely furnished and very clean. It has the best bed we have ever had at a rental. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and the dining area is large and separate from the kitchen. The bathroom is large with a walk in shower! The birds and flowers on the property were amazing to photograph. The swimming pool is a short walk from the front door and has a community bbq. Assigned parking is a big plus! The path behind the unit (you don't see it because of the shrubs) leads down to Anini Beach. The condo is located within walking distance of the market and several restaurants. A short ride in any direction will take you to the various restaurants within the resorts of Princeville! This is a perfect location! The property owner and the manager of the condo are very attentive and easy to reach if needed. We highly recommend this property!
Pics are accurate, except there is a new washer & dryer, which was great. Shower is big! No complaints about the bed. Had to chat with the owner during our stay, she immediately responded & was very kind.
The condo was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a week long stay. The grounds are beautiful. The Hanalei beaches are quite close so as long as you have a car it is a good location.

Located in Princeville, north shore in Kauai. Equip with washer, dryer, and dishwasher for your convenience. Walkable to grocery store and nice neighborhood with walking paths. Night markets in Kauai was a nice addition since we last visited 13 years ago. We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Would recommend.
We had a very fun and relaxing week at this Princeville location. Beautiful area, close to many fun beaches and hikes. Had one issue that was taken care of with a very thoughtful gesture from the hosts. Thank you.
