The location and layout are great. We’ve rented it 2x and enjoy the neighborhood- quiet and low key.
Home is in nice neighborhood with great layout and finishes. However, we arrived to sign on dishwasher apologizing for it being broken. Unfortunately the number on the sticker and all the contact phone and text numbers in the home’s binder and website were disconnected. No one was reachable by phone, text, or email. A home at this price should have a property manager that is available to deal with issues. Without these issues, we would have rated property as 5 stars.
The house was adorable and nicely decorated. Beds were comfy and showers had good pressure. Kitchen, bathrooms and laundry had everything you needed including plenty of dish and laundry soap, spices, towels, tp and paper towels, beach towels, etc. very safe neighborhood and close to the grocery. The house manager was fantastic and responded quickly to every question and need. Note the a/c was partial, I could see it getting warm in the summer. The tv was a little tricky to stream on but Netflix worked great. My husband maybe would recommend to bring a Roku stick.
House: Beautiful vacation house, tastefully decorated with all basic amenities. We were a family with very young kids and all of us used the master bedroom which had AC. Infant also used the pack and play which was available in the house. AC propagates to the living room and kitchen but the 2 other bedrooms did not have AC and it was quite hot, so this is something to note if you plan to use all the bedrooms. We also did not use the Kitchen pans as they seemed to have Teflon/toxic materials as some other visitor noted previously. We lived here for close to 2 weeks and after a few days, the kitchen and living room attracted a lot of flies even though we had the doors and windows closed all the time. These were not harmful and were mostly close to dead but we could find a lot of dead ones accumulated in the house.
Parking: We only had 1 car so we could park right outside the house (parking was not allowed inside the garage). If you had multiple cars, you will have to tandem park in the driveway.
Location: It was central to Princeville. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood, seemed safe as well. Beautiful mountains as you exit the street and there was also a park nearby which my kids loved.
This home was beautifully decorated inside and had 3 gorgeous garden lanais. The beds were very comfortable, and the AC worked well in the master bedroom. It was quite hot in the other 2 bedrooms, and our children used the fans provided throughout the nights. The kitchen was well stocked, and the oven was great. It was a short drive to the enchanted town of Hanalei, which was on my bucket list. I would stay here again.
This was a great rental - located near most of the activities that we did during our trip. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms were updated and very nice. There is AC in the main bedroom and living area, but not the two smaller bedrooms. The weather was pretty hot during our stay so my son slept on the sofa instead of the bedroom since it was cooler.
Beautiful property and close to everything! Highly recommended!!
