Good location of this rental. Grounds and pool are clean and awesome. The room over all was good. The futon bed in the living room, was nasty looks like it’s been months since it’s been clean.
Very nice condo in a wonderful location, with 3 beaches across the street, and many close restaurants. Only one AC unit so it’s important to keep drapes closed during the day while away!!
I booked this location over another in the same complex. Echoing other reviews, the AC doesn’t reach the bedroom, but even in July, once the sun goes down, opening all the doors and windows will keep the unit cool. Use the curtains to cover the windows and it’ll also keep the unit cooler.
This complex is older, and there’s a ton of steps. To get to the unit using the elevator, it’s 6-8 steps to the elevator then about 2 sets of 6-8 steps, which adds up at the end of the day. Parking in the lower lot is almost non existent. The pool is good, though there are some missing tiles in the jacuzzi (outside of this owners control).
On the unit itself, there’s a ton of mirrors which make the unit look and feel bigger. The bed in the master is extremely firm. There’s a lot of amenities including snorkel gear, chairs, a cooler. The shower is modern and up to date with a low flow toilet (the plunger is under the sink, in a bag).
There was an issue with the electrical while we were there and the owner/manager was extremely responsive, but there were two different individuals who entered the unit with our consent (maintenance, then electrician). We also notified them that the unit ran out of trash bags and paper towels. There was no sponge for pre-washing dishes, but there’s a dish washer in unit - so it’s a small issue.
Had a wonderful time!! Perfect location to everything we needed! Comfortable beds and a nice updated bathroom also had a great breeze. The only con is that when it rains the sliding door to the lanai leaks and the floors get wet..also the doors to the washer and dryer are a little flimsy and difficult to open and close. But overall a great property for sure!!! Would stay here again. Mahalo
We enjoyed our stay very much. Property included nice amenities and owners kept essential beach supplies which was much appreciated. Only drawback was parking, the guest area often did not have any open spots.
The location was perfect. Very close to the beach, walkable distance. Condo was clean. We enjoyed our stay.
Poorly managed property. The AC had been off when we arrived. It was 85 degrees inside and the little wall unit in the living room could not cool the place below 80 degrees by the time we wanted to sleep. Even with the windows open and fans going as suggested, it was not a good night's rest. Simply having the property manager turn the AC on in preparation for guests arrival would have made this a wonderful stay.
The location is great. There isn't easy access to the actual condo. There is an elevator, but then a few sets of stairs to carry your luggage up. The actual condo is very dated. You have what you need and that's about it. We had to buy toilet paper and paper towels because we had two rolls for an entire 6 night stay with four people. The sheets have little balls all over them from being so old and washed so much. Very old coffee maker, showerhead, etc. So, like I said, just okay.

Highlights:
Excellent location: in walking distance of many restaurants/coffee shops, across the street from a beautiful snorkeling beach.
View: partially blocked ocean view from the porch.
Amenities: parking was easy and close. Clean, updated pool/hot tub and grill area. Owner was quickly responsive when internet needed to be reset.
Interior: comfortable beds, updated kitchen. Washer/dryer in condo. A/C works well after getting it started for about an hour.
There was minimal snorkeling gear to use in the condo closet, but there is a place to rent gear in front of the building. Did include 4 beach chairs, umbrella. Coolers are also in closet. Bring your own ice packs.
Bathroom could use an update, but had everything we needed including hair dryer and plenty of towels.
Kitchen was updated and clean. Double up on trash bags or buy your own sturdier bags for trash cans when you go shopping.
We would definitely stay here again and enjoyed our first trip to Hawaii!
This condo was awesome. It was clean, well stocked and situated in a great location in Kihei. I would definitely stay here again. The check in process was seamless and the amenities were fantastic.
