We stayed in the condo for 9 nights with our 12 year old son. The location is wonderful. It’s close to Magic Sands Beach which is probably one of the best beaches here. The condo was very clean, spacey, and we had everything we needed. The condo owners do take a very good care of the condo and guests.

We enjoyed the location and the lanai. Beds were not made when we arrived. Found out 3 days later the cleaners never showed up before our arrival. So bedding there was not washed. Then host asked if cleaners could come clean while we were there. Host does not live in area so there is no quality control to make sure cleaners are doing their job.
On the 3rd floor the balcony put you right at the tree tops. Perfect for bird watching and still see the sunsets over the Pacific. It is in the furthest building from Ali’i drive so very quiet and private. The condo is very well equipped and updated thermostat and front door lock was convenient. Clean quiet and comfortable is the trifecta for a wonderful holiday.
This condo was a perfect fit for my young adult son and I! We loved the location, view, beach access and pool area. The pool table was an unexpected bonus that my son enjoyed. We are both looking forward to returning!

We really enjoyed the location of the condo. The shower in the master bathroom could use an update, but other than that the condo was updated and comfortable. We really appreciated having a washer/dryer in the condo.
We have stayed in the complex 3 other times and love the location, pool and amenities. The unit itself is very nice, and the view from the lanai can't be beat. Our one minus is the DVD player listed as in the unit had been removed. A streaming service had been added but without instructions it was difficult to navigate. Since we couldn't play our movies we watched TV in the master bedroom in the evening. Over all a good stay though.
We chose the 2 bedroom property because we traveled with 16 year old grandson.
The bedrooms were fine, the kitchen was wonderful with induction range, dishwasher, dishes and cookware all top notch.
The lanai was lovely, and there was an assortment of snorkel gear, beachmat and chairs, all things that made using the beach (and pool) easy without needing extra purchases.
The only minor inconvenience we tried to address by emailing the owners (as requested in their info sheet), but never got a response.
Overall a great experience.

Easy checkin / checkout. Great lanai with view of the ocean. The beach gear provided for use was an added bonus! Pool area was great with a nice covered area with several grills. Overall clean, comfortable and a great location!
This was great for our siblings trip! Right next to a beach for us to stroll down to in the mornings. Can see the water from the lanai and hear the birds singing. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. And the beach gear was fantastic to use on our beach adventures!
A few things to note, the outlets are a little funky for charging things. and they did have some construction near the condo that you could hear a few of the mornings we were there. Nothing too crazy but work us up a few times.
That being said we’d certainly stay there again!

The condo was great! Location is amazing!
We could see the sunset from the lanai, and watched from there if we didnt feel like running the 30 seconds across the street to the beach. Almost daily saw whale spouts/breaching. Place was clean, easily accessible, and the A/C at night was amazing (for these Canadians! Haha)
Kitchen was stocked with all the dishes/pots/pans that we needed. And the satelite/smart tv was great to have to watch the news/surf conditions for the morning, and for the kids to chill out to a show or movie at the end of the day.
Would absolutely love to stay here again.
This is a return visit for us to this unit. Love the Hawaiian decor and its location in the back building provides a quiet ,relaxing environment. Hope to be back again.
