A nice renovated condo. Well organized kitchen, comfortable bed and Murphy bed, lots of beach equipment. It was quiet in Building 2, with no traffic noise. Maui Vista is a great location, very close to Charlie Young Beach. All good, we would stay there again.
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Well stocked, clean, easy to walk around the area to restaurants, and the beautiful beach across the street. Great communication from the owner. I would definitely stay here again.

My family loved our stay in Kihei! The condo was clean and well kept. Check-in process was a breeze and easy to understand. The listing was complete with everything required including beach equipment, bonus points for the wagon! Becca, the property owner, responded well and quick to answer all of my questions. The location is perfect for all families. Charlie Young beach is across the street from the condo complex and walking distance to many restaurants and stores. Very nice condo. Great location and the AC works great! Only negative is that the walls are paper thin...I could hear the man on the other side of the wall snoring like he was next to me in bed....I had to turn on white noise to drown him out. Condo is clean and well represented on VRBO pictures. Front office is basically of no help at all, she couldn't even give me definitive directions on how to find the building.
Great location, easy parking near the condo, the kitchen is fully equipped and so many extra for the beach included. Probably our best VRBO rental ever. 10/10
Great, quiet location. Peeks toward the ocean but with a nicely shaded lanai. Well stocked and well cared for (like new!) items. Sharp knives were a treat! We had a beautiful week at this unit in the centre of it all.

Excellently located in Kihei, close to the beach (walking distance) and short walk to nice restaurants, the condo was very clean and we felt safe and secure.
The condo was well-equiped with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, rice cooker, tupperware, beach towels and well stocked with « welcoming » toilet paper rolls, soap and shampoo, cooking spices, etc. We did not have to worry much for our 1st week- whatever we needed for cooking, toiletries or going to the beach was well organized and easy to find.
The fridge and freezer has a water and ice dispenser, which is also great to have. We would fill the water bottles with ice and water before our hikes, and it helped keep us cooled and hydrated throughout the day. (On that note, Hawaiian drinking water is wonderful… much better than any bottle of water you can buy).
We are a family of four- all adult sized- and this one-bedroom one bath was still comfortable. We easily made the murphy bed every night, and put it up every morning.
We were worried at first about the bed firmness due to previous back injury and the fact that the master bedroom bed is quite plush (at least for our standard). However, I am not sure if it is due to the amazing time that we spent in Maui, but we slept well and did not suffer anything from the lack of firmness.
You won’t find a better place for the price to stay in Maui. We stayed from Dec 1 thru the end of March.
About Kihei: wonderful little town on the dry side of Maui. A lot more laid back versus places to the South or North on Maui.
About Maui Vista: An excellent property right across the street from Charley Young Beach. Concrete block buildings, so you never hear the neighbors. Well maintained and landscaped. BBQ grills cleaned daily.
Shops and restaurants 2-3 blocks in both directions. Complex is very secure and safe. Never any problems.
Maui Vista has 3 buildings. This unit is on the second floor. So you are away from busy Kihei Road. Very , very quiet. North facing lanai, which was very comfortable all day. When the front and bedroom windows are open the unit stays comfortable, only used the AC three times in Four months. Comfortable king bed with a queen Murphy bed in living room. Everything for Kitchen use , bathroom use and beach use. BBQ grills are one minute from the unit.
Becca is very easy to work with. Communicated quickly. Never had to call the on site manager in 4 months.
Living room and bedroom T V. A lot of cable channels plus streaming services.
All in all I can’t imagine a better complex or a better unit for the money.
