As an owner at Papakea Resort and living on the west side of Maui, we lived thru the devastation of the wildfires that took our precious Lahaina town, on August 8, 2023. Many locals lost their homes and businesses, and many need your help by returning to paradise. The upper westside like Papakea Resort is open for business. Restaurants and stores are reopening, but they need you to return to insure they can stay open. Come enjoy our beaches, culture and warm-hearted people.

Welcome to our most favorite place on earth, where you will have ocean views and stunning sunsets.
Papakea is located on the north end of the world famous Kaanapali beaches. There are restaurants, a grocery store, and a food truck court within a 5-minute walk. Whalers Village is a 6-minute drive where you can enjoy dining and shopping. There are multiple World class golf courses a short drive away.
Papakea is a stunning and unique place to stay and play, where activities await your arrival. Sit on the lani, and enjoy the views, or relax on a lounge chair next to the sea wall and watch the sunset or the whales passing by during the winter months, or sea turtles year-round. Papakea sits on 13 acres of lush gardens, which includes two Koi ponds, two 10 hole putting greens, two saltwater pools, two jacuzzies, and two large cabanas, twelve BBQ’s. Also, two tennis courts, two pickleball courts, and two shuffleboard courts. In the evening Papakea turns into a beautiful Hawaiian paradise with tiki torches and the sounds of the ocean.
Our condo E-305 is a one bed one bath unit which sleeps four. The bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, and the living room sofa converts to a queen-size bed. There is a split AC unit to keep you cool after a full day of activities. Located on the 3rd floor puts you above the trees for the perfect views of the ocean and the island of Molokai. Our condo comes with everything you would need for that perfect stay, which includes four beach chairs, beach towels, an ice chest, golf putters, tennis, and pickle-ball rackets. For your convenience there is a washer-dry in the unit. The open concept fully equipped kitchen also has everything you would need with a full-size refrigerator and ice maker, coffee makers, full size stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Sit at the bar for that quick meal or at the dining table for a wonderful dinner or breakfast on the lani with ocean views. There are two flat screen TVs with cable, one in the bedroom and one in the living room.
Let our onsite free concierge set you up with local activities, like Luau’s, horseback riding, catamaran dinner cruise or snorkeling just to name a few.

***Papakea charges $25.00 per night facility fee. The fee includes a parking permit, Wi-Fi throughout the resort, cable TV and local call during your stay. Additional vehicles are $5.00 a day. This fee is collected by the front desk upon arrival. ***
