This was my second stay at Papakea. The condo was clean, perfect amount of space. The view was stunning and the property is beautiful and very well taken care of!

Pool and Hot Tub were shut down during my visit, still had to pay the ridiculous $17.5 per day recreation use fee !
Next they'll make us pay a beach use fee..

Two of us enjoyed our stay at the Papakea. The condo offered us all we needed to relax, cook, wash clothes and enjoy Maui. A supermarket is walking distance away, and the common areas (pool, gardens and oceanfront) were perfect for us. Our only complaint is that our unit's bedroom would not get below 81 degrees with the AC running at full speed.

We had a super experience in an ocean front condo at Papakea resort this week. The unit was well furnished and the kitchen equipped with everything we needed. The grounds were beautifully maintained.

Our unit was clean, nicely furnished and well-equipped. The grounds are lovely and the second-floor unit had a great ocean view. If you're looking for a quiet and peaceful vacation experience, this place is for you!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The property was well maintained with beautiful views and access to the ocean. The front desk was very friendly and responsive when I had a question. We had ants in our room and they were able to contact pest control for the next day.
The one complaint I have is that the images do not represent the unit and some look nicer than others. Ours happened to be a bit older looking and did not have much provided in the kitchen. Be aware that you might need to buy all seasonings if you want to cook a meal and the unit I had didn't have anything to store leftovers
