Papakea K307 is a third-floor, 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo featuring an ocean view, air conditioning in the living room, and a fully stocked remodeled kitchen. The kitchen and bathroom feature spectacular Lumerian granite countertops and modern finishes. This Hawaiian-inspired condo can accommodate up to 4 guests with the living room queen-size sleeper sofa. In the master bedroom, you'll find a king-size bed, with a closet and drawer space. The en suite master bathroom features a bathtub and shower combo! Enjoy your meals and snacks on the private lanai. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo for your use.
*** Notice of Property Plumbing Project:
- Papakea Resort is performing a property-wide extensive plumbing project and you may hear some noise during this time. Work in this unit will begin February 16th, 2026, with an estimated completion projected on or around March 16th, 2026.
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
- Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.
- We have been notified that the project is pending completion around June 2026. We have decreased rates during these dates to compensate for any inconvenience. ***
Effective July 1, 2025: There will no longer be a Resort Fee, and parking for the first vehicle will be free.
Current Resort Fee Details (until June 30, 2025): The Papakea Resort Fee is $25 per day and includes one parking permit. Any additional vehicles will incur an extra charge of $5 per day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival and is not managed by My Perfect Stays.

It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.

Nicely set up 1 bedroom condo with everything you need to cook or barbecue at the property. Nice airy space with lots of light. The Unit and the property are well maintained, the grounds are beautiful, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful.

This is a great place to stay whether you are looking for a relaxing resort experience, enjoy walking to several beaches, or will be traveling to different Maui destinations. The condo is spacious, sleeps 4 easily and has amazing views.
