Only a short walk to Waikiki Beach, great view of Diamond Head, ocean, and city landscape. The unit was very cleaned , included plenty of towels, and a complete equipped kitchen. The building itself was well maintained, front desk friendly personnel, small market on site, and a pay washer and dryer on the floor, which was very handy..
Would highly recommend and would come back again!

This was not the room I booked it was on 37th floor I booked a condo on 23rd floor as my grand daughter is a feat of heights. The condo is old and smells. We did not have a parking permit until the 3rd day, had to call and leave message paid for towel service had to call and leave message. Ran out of garbage bags, no cleaning supplies to clean room upon departure
I do not recommend going through this owner. I have stayed at this hotel as a hotel room and the rooms are very well kept by the banyon, very disappointed, stay somewhere else through VRBO if you have to
Came in for a wedding. Property was very clean and i was thrilled with the amount of extra towels and bedding. Had everything we needed. Amazing views on the 37th floor. Free parking a plus. Everything was easy. Definitely recommend!

Kitchen needs updating. Toaster only toasts one side of bread. One burner on stove didn’t work.
I’ve stayed in numerous Banyan propeties in the past and this has the best view! Easy communication with the property manager and the staff are always pleasant. I already recommended this property to a friend. Definitely worth booking if you’re looking for an amazing spot near all things in Waikiki

We were located on the 37th and not the 23rd like the advertisement said. That being said, the views were stunning! So maybe they should update the details to include that detail.
The property is well maintained and felt clean and refreshed, making our stay very relaxing and enjoyable.
The location is very close to the beach with amenities, like groceries or hot spots like Leonard's or Rainbow drive in for example, close by.
The added benefit of free parking when parking in Waikiki is s premium was also beneficial. It is a bit confusing to get in to park due to all the one way roads, so it's good to check with the front desk to get directions before attempting to enter.
We would definitely return to this location and highly recommend for others to stay here.
