we really enjoyed our stay here! they have a lot of cool stuff for the beach like beach chairs and snorkels. i think even an umbrella. plenty of towels! only thing is there’s no TV. but overall we had a great time and the place was wonderful. would recommend!

We had a great experience staying here! The unit was easy to locate, the grounds were quiet and well-maintained, and there was a shopping center close by. The unit itself was exactly as described. For a studio, it felt spacious. The in-unit laundry was a big plus.
Nice, quiet, clean great location
Very nice studio condo! Location was perfect for a short walk to the beach for our morning coffee, or to the shopping center. (Both walks were about 1/2 mile, though the beach walk was a bit of a descent). Kitchen was well stocked for light cooking for those who prefer to eat in sometimes. We appreciated the small touches like the beach chairs and umbrella, and the rain umbrella, too!

We had an excellent time at Paniolo 210B. My partner and I stayed for 3 nights. The unit was exactly as described and very comfortable. We enjoyed the short walk to the quiet Anini Beach and the drive to other North Shore attractions. The price could not be beat and we felt as though we got amazing value during our stay. Would highly recommend this unit!
It was very user friendly
The location of the condo was okay. It was okay clean, the sofa needs a good cleaning, bed cover had stuff on it. Pillows were not very good. Wish there was a few more cooking options like a stove top. Appreciate there was a BBQ by the pool to use. Neighbors were very noisy.
My husband and I stayed at Paniolo for the tail end of our honeymoon in Kauai. I didn’t realize this VRBO was managed by a company so after booking, all communications and payment was through their own system… I would have preferred to use VRBO directly.
Overall this was a good location for visiting spots on the North Shore. Easy drive to Hanalel and great beaches up there. The parking situation is weird. It’s a free for all until 5 and then reserved parking is enforced. I don’t know why it’s not just park in your spot all day but it didn’t really cause us any issues.
The shower doesn’t have a curtain so water got EVERYWHERE.
The place was nice, clean and comfortable for our brief stay. I would not have attempted to cook anything more than toast or heat up leftovers.
The beach equipment was helpful but the straps on the chairs are broken so they’re hard to carry.
Overall a good spot if you aren’t planning to spend much time at home.

The apartment suite was great! Everything was super clean and the bathroom was extremely spacious! There were even boogie boards, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and two snorkel/fin sets to use in one of the closets. The kitchenette allowed for some simple cooking, and the sunny balcony was amazing for eating and relaxing! We loved our stay here!
Nice location to head a little north or south for beaches. The condo is in a neighborhood of condos. This particular condo complex is quiet, not busy, nice. I especially like the path behind the condo to the beach.

Great space, fans were sufficient for cooling at the temps were moderate. Nice lanai; good to have the laundry available for us. Resident rooster crowing was annoying but that couldn't be helped!
