THIS IS IMPORTANT: IN THE LOFT, THERE ARE EITHER TWO TWIN BEDS OR ONE KING, NOT BOTH. THE TWIN BEDS CAN BE CONVERTED TO A KING EASILY, AND ALL OF THE BEDDING/TOPPER IS READILY AVAILABLE.

Loft bedroom (upper level): Two twin beds (can be made into a king—everything you need is already in the unit)

The Cosco Pack and Play Crib is available in the unit upon request. Make sure you give us a heads up before your stay, and we will bring it to the unit.

This condo comfortably sleeps 4 guests. Tradewinds and ceiling fans keep the space cool and breezy, just the way most homes on Kauai were designed.

Good to Know

To make sure expectations are clear:

No Air Conditioning: Like most homes on Kauai, this unit does not have AC. Tradewinds generally keep the home comfortable. There are ceiling fans and floor fans to keep you comfortable in the hotter months.

Upstairs Unit: Paniolo 204A is on the second floor. There is no elevator.

Internet: Wi-Fi is available, but speeds and reliability can vary due to Kauai’s remote location.

No Smoking Property: Paniolo is a strictly non-smoking condo complex per association rules and Hawaii state law. Smoking is allowed only off property and at least 20 feet from all residential structures.
