Jillian’s condo comes exactly as advertised! It has everything you could want for your stay; from beach gear, to a well appointed kitchen with utensils and even spices -something not very often provided. This 2nd floor unit is spacious, very clean, and offers beautiful views of the ocean and spectacular sunsets. The pool area was quiet when we were there with lots of lounge chairs, and a more shady area with tables and chairs if you want to bring your lunch. There was even a library of books to peruse. Keawakapu Beach is a short walk away and other amenities like restaurants and shops are not far by car.Jillian was quick to respond to any messages.We can’t wait to come back again!
The host was absolutely great to deal with and the home was even bigger than it appears in the photos. Perfect location and a wonderful community. Would go back forsure!
We love this complex!! Jillian’s condo’s are lovely! Everything we may need for our stay. This is the second one we’ve stayed in. And this one was even better. Thank You!! One small detail I would have loved, is a full length mirror. Great views. We will see you next time for sure!!

The master bedroom suite was huge! You can sun yourselves in the Lanai and skip the pool if you just want a tan. Overall nice, beautiful condo with parking right by the unit. Please DO NOT BRING in the sand from your beach outings and ruin it for the next renters. - J & L
Second time we have stayed at one of Jillian’s places, and have loved both of them. This unit was great; well stocked, clean, and comfortable. We have already booked again for next September
The condo was clean, well stocked, and had everything we needed. We very much appreciated the beach chairs, kitchen seasonings, shaved ice machine & beach towels. Echo other reviews : location is 10/10, and sunset views from the balcony are amazing.
We had a wonderful stay at Jillian’s property. The condo is exceptionally well equipped with so many thoughtful and useful items. It is clearly a well loved vacation home and we would stay there again if returning to Maui. The condo has convenient parking and is hidden away in a quiet part of the Palms complex with no through traffic. As an added bonus we also had a great view of the 4th July fireworks from the lanai. The Palms complex is well maintained.The pool has no umbrellas (or shade of any form) and a strict no noise policy/pool games policy at any time. Suitable for those without children/teens but was a bit sedate and too much sun exposure for our family. However the closest beach (parking lot at end of S Kihei Rd) is only a short drive or walk and was lovely. Jillian provided an umbrella and beach chairs which were appreciated.
Really nice place, had everything we need, great location, easy access to beach, near some nice restaurants, and we were totally surprised by having all the beach chairs and boogie boards, etc....Wonderful place for a vacation.

This condo is beautiful inside and out. Very clean and spacious for a family of 5. Grounds are well kept and quiet.
Everything about our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The condo was beautifully decorated with every amenity we could hope for. There are lots of windows that allowed us to enjoy the beautiful views and also the cool breezes that were always gently blowing. It was very quiet and all of the neighbors we encountered were so nice and friendly. The location is fantastic. Every morning we walked down to the trail for a walk along the quiet and gorgeous beach. I can't recommend this wonderful condo enough! Jillian is the perfect host and was always there to answer any questions we had, and provided outstanding recommendations for us. The true spirit of aloha! We look forward to staying here again!
Fully equipped perfect base for exploring the island. Kids loved having snorkels and body boards we enjoyed the beach chairs…..would go back in a heartbeat.
The condo met our complete needs. The location was perfect, wonderful layout, bright and clean. The consideration that our host, Jillian, provided was incredible. From the pantry items with the starter items (spices, oils, etc) to personal items such as shampoo, sunscreen, even rubbing alcohol and peroxide water. And lest we forget the complete accessories for the beach, including snorkeling equipment. Truly impressed. Thank you Jillian! We will definitely return.
We were staying in a condo in Kihei that we had booked that left us feeling dirty after the first night of staying there. Even though we had booked that place for 4 nights, we miraculously saw this condo was available for the last two nights of our time on Maui, and what a blessing it was to me and my wife! This place is STUNNING. The condo itself immediately makes you feel at home. All the reviews are accurate: it's inviting, warm, homey, and spacious! It was a true gift to me and my wife as we spent our last two nights here celebrating her 40th birthday :) Awesome for families as well and can sleep up to 6 for sure. Great location for convenience to stores, shops, beaches, both in Wailea and Kihei. Had everything you'd need and Jillian is a wonderful host. Would encourage any and everyone to book here!

The property was meticulously remodeled and we had a great stay. Nice functional screen and patio doors in good condition, loved the blackout curtains, loved the giant box of pool/ocean toys and equipment! AC mini splits and fans worked like a dream. The only thing that didn’t work well was the shower handle in the guest bath- probably needs replacing. We also had a few dying cockroaches in the unit throughout the week which we’ve never had before but may be a problem throughout the area?Regardless, this unit was great and comfortable and well appointed. Particularly loved the blackout curtains in all the room for our littles. We would stay again!
We have stayed in the area several times and this was by far our favourite condo. Roomy, modern, clean and very well equipped, both in terms of beach needs and condo needs. The condo has a fantastic deck that catches morning sun and most of the sunset. The property is beautiful and easy going, working for a variety of ages. It's close to amenities and the bustle of the hotel strip and Kihei when you want that, but quiet when you don't. There are lots of beaches minutes away. We hope to be back soon!

Property is extremely nice with lots of green space and an excellent pool. The home is very tidy and super well-appointed; had absolutely everything we needed including a treasure trove of beach toys that our family loved. Really enjoyed our stay and will miss dinners out on the lanai. Thank you!

My family of four had a great stay in this condo. The Palms is a beautiful property, very well maintained. We felt very relaxed in the condo - it was cool and comfortable. We loved eating meals on the lanai and watching the sunset. My kids could have spent all day every day in the pool. We would love to come back!

Unit was clean and easy check in. Everything we needed was supplied.Disappointed Maui no longer allows grills on the lanai. One packet of coffee would have been nice since we checked in late and didn’t pickup any supplies that night.Overall a great place and would recommend to my friends and family.
