This was our first time staying in the Wailea area and the condo was a great location. The condo complex was quiet and we enjoyed the 2 full bedrooms was very convenient for our family. We had everything we needed for the beach already there. The lanai was wonderful to sit on. We had a wonderful stay.
This is a nice quiet property. We had 5 people in our family and everyone enjoyed the condo. The lanai was nice but did face the street so we did get some street noise so we didn't use it as much as other properties we have stayed at in Hawaii. Ting provides beach chairs and other beach toys which was so convenient and great to have access to. The property listed does say there are 2 tvs but we only saw 1 tv in the main living room. Ting provides so many recommendations and was able to provide quick responses to any questions we had. There were a few spiders at the entry way but we just assumed this was part of the heat but other than that, it was so clean and user friendly. I highly recommend this property overall. Oh and tons of towels was a big plus. And of course with the beaches, having access to the washer and dryer was priceless!!! I would consider renting here again when we make our next trip to Maui.
Property was just as described. Quiet setting with a very nice lanai. Pool is nice and has a great view. Ting, the owner, was very helpful and responded immediately to any question I had.
Really good location - close to shops and beaches. House was well appointed. AC worked great.
We travel a lot. This is the best place with very helpful and nice host. Ting provide detailed description about all beaches, places to eat, market places and what to do on the island.

Someone in previous review said it’s not enough space in the kitchen, not enough cabinets.
There are plenty empty cabinets and you May put some groceries ( apples or vegetables) on the coffee table in the corner of dining room.
Location is amazing with gorgeous view of mountains behind the trees.

My husband and I brought our three teen aged kids to Maui for the first time. This property was gorgeous, clean, safe, and the location was perfect! Ting was very accommodating,giving helpful suggestions for eating out, things to do,etc. Ting was also very easy to message and responded quickly with questions. This condo was immaculate and had everything we could have needed. Towels, beach chairs,BBQ!! The AC was wonderful!! The WiFi worked great! We will definitely book with Ting again in the future!
Location is great, price was good, spacious. Communication with property manager was always very fast. Only complaint was the air conditioner. The AC in the master is undersized for the size of the room. Was rarely able to get it under 72 degrees and I'm accustomed to sleeping at 65 or lower. Ended up sleeping in the kids room to stay cooler, as it has the same size AC unit in a much smaller area.
Ting was very responsive and made the rental process easy. We booked a last minute spring break trip and from request to booking to check in was a breeze.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was the perfect get away/staycation we needed. We are from the island of Oahu. Every accommodation you could ever want was available. The host was extremely nice! The condo was clean and felt like a home away from home. We will definitely stay here again.
