Wonderful stay and perfect view!
The pros about this property: the views were gorgeous, just as pictured on the website. The condo was well equipped and appeared clean. The location and surrounding community are lovely.The cons: the condo gets hot. The two bedroom AC units help keep the bedrooms cool. When you check in, the two bedroom AC units are off and all the shades are open so the unit is hot. My daughter got a lot of bites sleeping in the bed near the window of the upstairs bedroom. This is probably the only reason I would have reservations about staying here again. The aluminum vent from the dryer in the downstairs bathroom was torn open so the dryer vented into the hot, humid downstairs bathroom. I told management about it when we left because we did not want to be bothered with repairs during our 3 night stay.On our last night, a neighbor yelled at my husband claiming that he was up all night due to the noises we made. We were out for most days and tried our best to follow the rules. When my husband tried to ask him questions, he said we better be quiet or he would call security/police. We were shocked by the interaction, and I informed management about it after our stay. The only thing we did at night was run the washer and dryer (due to the vent/heat issue). I don’t know if the machines make excessive noise for neighbors. Finally, the cleaning fee is high when we are expected to empty the trash/recycling, and the public containers are not easy to find on the outdoor property.
Amazing property. The views are unbelievable. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the beach- we had it to ourselves and the snorkeling was awesome.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The condo was beautiful and clean, and the views were breathtaking. The balcony was the best place to drink our morning coffee and whale watch, which we saw quite a few. A walk around the corner on the grass and we had the best view of the gorgeous sunsets of Kauai. The condo was very comfortable, we slept well in the beds, and there was plenty of room for our family of 4. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and more. We took advantage of the beach chairs, towels, and cooler which were really nice to have and not have to purchase. Princeville is a beautiful location and there is easy access from the condo to groceries, shopping, dining, and plenty of beaches. We will be back for sure!
Our family vacation at Pali Ke Kua was excellent! The condo was exactly as advertised. It met or exceeded our expectations in functionality, living space, cleanliness, appearance, location, property grounds and communications from the property manager.The living space including the bedrooms, kitchen and oceanfront lanai were excellent for our group of 6 adults.We were able to watch whales, dolphins and many species of local birds daily from the lanai.The property was also a very close driving distance to great beaches for swimming & snorkeling as well as grocery stores, restaurants and local shopping including farmers markets. You can also walk to a couple of beaches and ocean viewing locations from the property.Our family would certainly stay here again!Mahalo!

We had a fantastic stay! The condo had amazing views and the beds were so comfortable. Tons of space overall, my mother had a huge bedroom and bathroom all to herself. Great access to pool /hot tub also. Such a stunning place! Communication with the host was also exceptional. They answered my questions almost immediately when i would email or text through the app.

The apartment was so clean and comfortable. We felt right at home. The kitchen was so organized and had the basics we needed to cook. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the deck either starting the day off or ending it with the beautiful sunsets. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved the upstairs room and having their own bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with all appliances, plates and utensils. The decor was up to date and had a beach feel with a great view. I would definitely stay here again! Loved the view of the shore.
