This view can simply not be beat. Sunsets from the patio are to die for and make carry-out dinners a must because few restaurant views can compete. Location is perfect, 10-15 mins from downtown Hanalei and many popular beaches. Condo is exactly as pictured, very clean with AC in bedroom and newer washer/dryer. Kitchen also comes well stocked with dishes and cookware, would just recommend getting spices. My only issue I had with this condo is the code I received for the front door on check-in. Code would not work and had to be reset 4 times by Vacasa support (not host) before they got one that finally worked. Overall, would definitely recommend.
Check in was awful. They would not allow us to check in even 1 minute early and we had cold groceries. We sat in the car and when it was time the code on the door that they gave us was FALSE. Took forever to get in contact with the management company who kept us on hold and THEY were unable to find the correct code for 40minutes. The sun beams the living/kitchen area and was very hot so beware the AC is just a portable unit in the bedroom. It’s very loud so bring ear plugs. No tv in the bedroom like detailed. The microwave is old and buttons do not work. The “Start” button does not work. You have to hit the popcorn button for it to turn on. The only positive is that the view is absolutely beautiful.
Had an amazing stay at this property. We had some difficulty getting access through Vacasa but otherwise was an easy process. View from the patio left us speechless. Was close to a number of beautiful beaches both walking and within a short drive. Property was clean and has lots of amenities. Will be back!
We loved our stay in the beautiful place! Princeville is a great place to call home away from home. There was even AC in the bedroom. The view right from the front room took our breath away at all times of the day. They provided beach towels, umbrellas and chairs for beach trips. We loved the comfortable bed and access to the hideaway beach just down the path between buildings 1 and 2. We want to come back someday. We will choose this place again!
This property is perfect for a romantic getaway to Kauai. The views are fantastic and the location is perfect for golf, beaches, or just relaxing with a good book on the patio!

This is a lovely, comfortable, very clean property. The location is great and includes a beautiful view. Having a restaurant across the street is convenient (if you like good pizza!) It's a nice walk down to Hideaways Beach just below. We would return.

This downstairs unit has an astonishing view of Bali Hai and Hanalei Bay. The nene hang out on the property and what a thrill to see an endangered species thriving.
We had a lovely 10 day stay at the condo. The view is incredible, and we enjoyed fabulous sunsets in the evenings. The grounds are beautiful! The condo is well maintained and well stocked. There were two beach chairs, two umbrellas, and a mini cooler provided. There is a portable AC unit in the bedroom, but the remainder of the condo does not have AC and it got very hot in the afternoon/evening, even with the sliding door and windows open. The unit is on the first floor and there is an upstairs unit above. There were a couple of days we could hear loud footsteps and children running around upstairs. Overall, our stay was fabulous and we will definitely stay there again.
The condo more than meet our needs. The view was better than the pics and the location was wonderful. The property has its own private access to hideaways beach. Can’t wait to return!
This condo is very nicely decorated and clean. The living area and kitchen are very comfortable. The bathroom is clean and modern. The bed however could use an upgrade as both of us felt it was not comfortable. The AC unit in the bedroom is very loud and lacks cooling options that exist on other units. The kitchen is stocked well with diningware and cookware but lacks other simple items that can really put a rental over the top such as paper plates, ziplocs, tupperware. The view from the rental patio is absolutely amazing. Overall a very nice unit to stay.

Beautiful location! Interior of property could use a deep clean and some updates to screen on patio, scuffs on wood trim, drywall repairs needed.
We had a lovely stay at Pali Ke Kua. The condo was perfect-clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. The community pool was very nice. The best part was the gorgeous views from the patio. Perfect for a couple getaway!
Could not have booked a better place. The VIEW. Superb design with windows and screens optimizing the flow of light and wind through the apartment, respectively. Super clean. Great A/C in the bedroom for sleeping. Priceless beach access and lanai. Spacious with all the supplies we needed. The complimentary laundry and dish detergents were greatly appreciated.
One aspect potential guests should know is that you can hear your upstairs neighbors during the day. We didn't mind, but noting it here for those who might.
