This is our first time in this condo although we have come to Pali Ke Kua many times. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. It's the perfect place for hanging out, snorkeling at Hideaways beach, walking up to the shops, or taking off on an adventure. And a million-dollar sunset every night! This was a great place to stay and we would return in a heartbeat!
The peace and tranquility we felt during our stay was nothing short of magical. The unit was clean and bright and comfortable. The grounds are lush, and tropical and absolutely beautiful. We are already looking forward to a return trip

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. We enjoyed watching the sunset out on the back patio, and hiking (it's quite steep) down to Hideaways beach to enjoy the beautiful scenery. It was a short little drive (maybe 10 minutes) from the condo to Hanalei where we enjoyed going to the beach, exploring the shops, and eating great food. There is a little shopping center and a few good restaurants right in Princeville as well - 3 minute drive, 15 minute walk. We were also able to walk to catch a shuttle at the golf course to hike the Kalalau Trail which was an awesome experience. We weren't in the condo a whole lot, but it was nice to come back to a clean, quiet and relaxing place at night.

Very clean unit. Well-kept and everything worked. More than enough supplies for your laundry/dishwashing needs. Quiet complex - it is the building closest to the main thoroughfare but you'd never guess it while you're there. Enough has been said about the view but rest assured no picture or words can really do it justice.Perfect for a solo traveler or couple.

This was an amazing experience for my husband and I. We couldn't have asked for a better or more comfortable place to stay. The one small issue (a broken coffee pot) was handled quickly and efficiently. This is the perfect place for viewing the sunset, rainbow after rainbow, and lots of whale activity. One thing that I would mention is that the washing machine is connected to the water opposite to the settings on the machine. (Hot is cold and cold is hot.) All in all... a great experience.
Our first time to Kauai island and holy smokes, it was everything we expected and so much more!! This beautiful condo was in a perfect location for our laid-back romantic vacation! We arrived late in the evening to the property to find all lights and fans on, no stumbling to find the lights or our way through the home. Though there is no air conditioning the fans and windows open were plenty to keep cool. Everything you need for your stay is equipped, with the exception of sugar or creamer for your morning coffee. Not a deal breaker, the store is near by. Walking down to the hideaway beach, just below the cliff when you walk out the back door, was fun and absolutely worth the hike down the paved walkway. A true rainforest feel. Kolypso Bar and Grill, is just a ten minute drive, was delicious. We went back a few times. If you’re not familiar with this side of the island, it is very low key and gets approximately 84” of rain a year. There are some wonderful books in the condo to help guide you to a memorable visit. We highly recommend this condo and look forward to returning soon!
This condo was really perfect for our needs, but just a tad smaller than I realized. The view was breathtaking. My only suggestion is it needs more light on the walking path from the parking lot because as you make the turn from the first ramp to the second one it is completely black. We never received any instructions for checkout and kept looking for them. If there aren’t any, people should be advised of that.

We stayed in Pali Ke Kua. Had a fantastic view of the ocean and Hanalei Bay. The condo was very well appointed, with a very functional kitchen, media set up, and comfy furniture. We had visits from the local Nene pair, along with egrets and flocks of chestnut munias. Highlights included a visit to the Noni farm, near Kilauea, the various farmer's markets nearby, and of course the beaches. We discovered that the gas station in Princeville is under construction, so the nearest station on the north coast is in Kilauea. We enjoyed watching the rollers surge into the bay. Had an anniversary dinner at Bar Acuda in Hanalei. Highly recommended.
This is our 3rd stay at Pali Ke Kua. The views cannot be beat. Absolutely stunning. The condo had everything we needed for our stay - beach chairs, a cooler, hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner, and the VIEW! The washer and dryer is a bonus as we were able to take home clean clothes. Will be back!!

Great location. Loved the lanai and beautiful views of Bali Hai. Easy check in and appreciated that it had a washer/dryer, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. Just a warning that like most places in Hawaii, this rental did not have AC. We were surprised by this but it was my own fault for not reading the description well!
Beautiful location, parking was easy, very quiet. If you are going to cook bring your own spices. Also it has regular drip coffee machine not espresso machine. It is very close the 1 hotel which is great for drinks and dinner. It was a beautiful stay.
This property was well equipped and as advertised. Everything you need for your stay is there. Couldn’t have asked for better!

The property was easy to find, easy to access. The property was as pictured. The bed was very comfortable.Views from the property couldn't get any better. There was noise from the renters in the above unit when they were on the balcony directly above the patio. The kitchen was equipped to cook, plenty of glasses, plates, quality silverware. The only negative was the bathroom. It is small and could use an update. Not horrible, but needs a refresh. Towels: two bath towels for each adult for the week, and 1 beach towel. It would have been nice to have at leat two beach towels per person.
