Pros: it was close to the beach. The pool was just next door. It away from the commercial areas, so nice and quite area which what I was looking for. There were plazas that were walkable (10 mins in each direction).
Cons: The A/C was only in living room so the rooms were a little warm, but okay if doors were open. Little things here and there outdated.
Would stay here again.
I’ve been to Maui a lot and this was the only place i’ve ever been in with good A/C. Actually refreshing to walk into the room. Great location, close to everything you need to be at. Highly recommended.
Overall we had a good stay here.
The kitchen was stocked with good cookware but there was no dishwasher and no dish drying rack.
The ac is a single unit in the living room so the rooms got hot at night.
We also stayed during construction and they started each morning at 7am and the view that was advertised in the listing is no longer there and is blocked by the new apartments being built.
It was very helpful though to have beach chairs and towels available for use.

This complex is walking distance to most things as it is very centrally located and beaches are right across the street. The condo itself is right by the pool but is in a private little corner so other visitors are not walking past all the time. The condo complex is a little dated and the unit itself is getting rundown and needs a refresh but was clean and cozy and provided what you needed for a great Maui beach vacation. The noise between units is very loud and I was expecting the construction noise so that was not an issue at all. They had the pool going when we got there so that was a relief- however the hot tub was out of service completely, filthy and looks like it has been for a long time. We called the property managers for a problem and they were attentive and apologetic but did not follow thru. Our stay was generally comfortable but the little microscopic bugs all over the counter and around the sink were annoying and there was no dishwasher which was ok when there was only my hubby and I but we were forever doing dishes after the kids/grandkids arrived- and the bugs never went away. Overall, Great Location, well-stocked and cozy but for the price (more than the price in title) it was a little run down. You could probably find a 2 bdrm condo close by that is a little more updated. - We did!

Unfortunately the swimming pool was out of service for the whole 2 weeks of our stay and no compensation was offered for this. Also there is a major building site next door so there was constant loud noise from 0700 to 1530 every day except Sunday. Therefore it was not pleasant to relax in mornings or midday. I feel that such a significant thing should have been declared as both these issues significantly reduced the pleasantness of our stay and should be compensated, we would not have booked if we had known especially as this is an expensive accommodation. Otherwise we had a great stay and this place is recommended if the swimming pool gets fixed and the building site is complete.
The condo was cozy and had everything we needed. We loved having some really nice beaches nearby. The Kihei Caffe next door had great food. Highly recommend.
We had a great stay! The condo was comfortable and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the extra touches like the collapsible cart for taking all our stuff out to the car, the library full of beach reads, and the Smart TV in the bedroom. It was a 5 minute walk to a really nice beach, where we watched the sunset every night after getting shaved ice. The best snorkeling we found on the island was at Ulua Beach, which was only an 8 minute drive away. We'd definitely recommend it!
This condo was in a great location - It's only minutes to the closest beach. Also within walking distance to some amazing food trucks and restaurants. When we weren't out and about exploring Maui, the condo was well-decorated and cozy with lots of space for everyone to spread out in the living areas. The pool area is nice too for when it gets windy in the afternoons. There is outdoor grill space as well.

We enjoyed our stay here. Having a first floor unit was nice for aging parents. This unit is close to the pool and walking distance to the beach. Quick communication with the property managers as well.
