We had to vacate our condo during major waste water pipe replacement.....having a condo closeby with a resident manager, Jeana, was welcoming. Please note we sent an email aboutthe property condition.

Our family (3) stayed at Ohua #7E for a month (May to June 2023). The suite was very clean, had very comfortable beds, a stove, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, lots of utensils/dishes/glasses etc. It was fantastic to have a washer and dryer in the suite. Short walk to the beach and to all the stores and restaurants in Waikiki. Building is well managed, manager was very friendly and willing to answer any questions. Would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay at the 250 OHUA condo. It was close to the beach and all restaurants and shops. We found the kitchen needed more items such as cookie sheets, cheese slicers, etc. We had to buy dish cloths, paper towel rolls, toilet paper, and dish soap among other minor things. One major issue was having no table and chairs. Having a parking spot was great.

Awesome place to stay. Close walk to the beach and to everything we did at Waikiki. The beach chairs and umbrellas were really appreciated. The interior and the view is exactly the same as the posted photos. Loved the lanai. Well equipped kitchen. We really appreciated having a parking space. Would stay here again for sure.

Reviewer Comments:
If you want a nice view of the upper portion of Diamond Head; if you enjoy listening to Aloha Sunday Church music; or If you enjoy trees and watching White Terns flying past your balcony and performing aerial acrobatics this is the place for you. However, if you do not enjoy the smell of "pot" being smoked by neighbors every two hours, EMS vehicles blaring and racing down the street every day, car alarms going off whenever loud motorcycles drove by, or a tight parking area (if you have a large vehicle) - then this is not the place for you. The 2 BR / 2 BA layout was very spacious, easily accommodates six with true King-Sized beds and a sleeper sofa. Only missing furniture item was a dining table. Utensils and cookery items were adequate, could use some more water glasses and cups. Central air made for a quieter experience vice louder window units in other condos. Solid windows also help reduce outside noise. Nice big fans kept place cool when sliding doors were open. Very small pool. Location close to some nice restaurants and walking distance to either the beach, the canal, the Zoo, and local parks. Also, fairly quick access to H1 over other Condos further down the canal heading West. Captain Cook was always responsive and quickly dealt with any maintenance issues affecting the stay. Always impressed by the responsiveness of the team.

250 Ohua is within five to seven minutes walking distance to the beach. There is one main drawback to the location - it’s a noisy one way street leading to the beach, and not a day or night goes by without the blaring of sirens and people shouting as they make their way back to their homes.
With respect to the actual condo itself, while it was adequate in terms of accommodation and relatively clean (except for the rug in the kitchen which was so filthy, it should be thrown out), the kitchen needs to be better equipped. There is not enough storage for supplies but this could be remedied by cleaning out the hallway closet which was dirty and stuffed with junk.
Checking into the condo was easy, and Captain Cook responded quickly to any inquiries or request for repairs. Waikiki is expensive so we thought that the price of the condo rental was reasonable considering the location.
