What an amazing view! Wow is all we can say. Loved every moment of our two week stay at this lovely condo.
Condo is dated. Needs bathroom and kitchen updates. One example would be Shower and tub faucets from the 1970’s. Along with just overall updating. Our mistake. Never rent a condo West facing with no air conditioning. Sun just beats down on this place. Makes it very uncomfortably Hot!

We had a good time. We cooked breakfast in the morning and then were out most of the day. The pool at the end of the day was very inviting. Nice view of the ocean and sunset at night.
The location was great and the views were fantastic. The bathroom could use a little updating-perhaps a walk-in shower.

The property correctly lists that there is no AC. Some of the other units in this complex do have window AC units. Adding one of those would change the experience. I thought it would be fine but the highs were mid 80s and it was hard to sleep at night.
Cool little condo. Love how close it is to the beach. Well stocked with plenty of the essentials.
Everything was lovely apartment could use a screen door on main front door to attain a good cross breeze as there is no air conditioning, other apts had this. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.
Great unit with amazing views. The only thing they might add is another relaxing chair in the living room. Relaxing space is limited. An outdoor bistro table would be nice for outside dining.
Overall a wonderful experience.
Just as promised it would be in the description, close to the beaches easy walk! The pool was lovely hardly anyone ever there pretty much had it all to myself. Having no AC with no problem as you get the beautiful wins in through the windows.
Only two concerns the tub doesn’t drain well at all. This was addressed with property management at time of writing no response. All units had their windows open all the time there was some noise from adjoining units from other families.
Aside from those two issues would absolutely recommend this place and those are just to make folks aware did not deter me from enjoying the space.

WHAT A GREAT PLACE TO STAY--WE COULD HEAR AND SEE THE OCEAN FROM OUR ROOM. SO NICE TO WAKE UP TO THE SOUND OF CRASHING WAVES.
We wish we could’ve stayed here our entire trip! Seriously. The views are outstanding high up on the cliff and being on the fourth floor you can see far and have a grand view of Brenneckes beach which is also a short walk to and there’s a puka dog counter with a sit-down restaurant and bar upstairs that we enjoyed. We didn’t see any whales but kept an eye out. I’m the opposite direction you can walk a few blocks and jump on a trail that follows the cliff all the way to Shipwreck beach and keeps going on the heritage trail. The unit was comfortable and cozy. I think the only thing missing was an ottoman on the patio to put your feet up. Oh and the water doesn’t take very good but there is a water bottle filling station near the elevator. Would stay again!
