Beautiful location right on the ocean. Excellent service throughout the stay. Comfortable bedrooms, living room, and lanai. Spent many days watching boogie boarders, surfers, and sunsets from the lanai. I highly recommend this condo for people who enjoy relaxing and having a good time with family and friends.
Perfect condo in Kona! Gorgeous view, nice pool, comfortable beds, easy walk to shops and restaurants, and well-stocked with beach/snorkeling gear. The only issue with kitchen was no chef knives for chopping and cooking, only steak knives. The condo also had box fans in each bedroom closet, as we had asked management before and they said they didn’t. Just wish we had known so we didn’t pack a fan! There was even a shower stool in the closet! Pretty much everything you could need. Management was very attentive to our needs, as we had our fedEx delivery waiting on us and they had our clogged bathroom sink fixed within a few hours! We will definitely stay here again! This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is one of the best we've stayed at in Hawaii. If you’re looking for a very comfortable condo with a spacious lanai right on the oceanfront, this is the place! The well-equipped kitchen was perfect for the days we wanted to stay in and cook, and the washer and dryer came in handy for keeping up with laundry during our trip. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting the area.
This is a good stay near the center of Kailua. The condo is spacious and has a great view of the ocean (and surfers!). Everything was clean and well-organized. Check-in was good, parking is easy, overall a great home base.
We love Kona Reef!! The location is perfect, makes walking to town a breeze. We have visited Kona 5 times now and have stayed here every time. We have never had any problems, condos have had everything that we needed including the necessities for the beach days. Also, you will have the best sunsets right off your lanai Pretty sure we will stay here on our next trip....definitely recommend!!!

Everything went well. We really enjoyed our stay. We forgot to put our parking pass back on the dash one day and received a polite note to do so. Otherwise we had no concerns!
We enjoyed our stay here, the property was accurately described and clean and comfortable. The walk into Kailua was about 10 mins so it's very convenient for restaurants/bars etc. Our only negative is that a 4pm check in is quite late, when we have stayed at other properties they have usually been between 2 and 3p.m.
Fabulous trip to celebrate the girlfriends 65th birthday. Condo is in a great location and well stocked. I have been to the Kona Reef many times and hope to be back!

We loved this unit, perfect location with an easy walk to restaurants. We also loved sitting on the lanai and watching the surfers and sunsets.
Great property in the perfect location. The views from the balcony were incredible. We sat outside watching the waves and surfers for hours. The pool was an added bonus and pool chairs were always available.
It is a short walk to many restaurants, ABC store and coffee shop. Our Luau was only a 5 minute walk away from the condo.
The unit is nicely equipped with everything we needed.
We look forward to returning in the future.
