The view from the Lanai was amazing from early morning to sunset with whale watching in between. We felt spoiled being there. The host was amazing with making sure we enjoyed our time there.

The property was quiet, totally on its own from the large resort and had the full view of the ocean front with all the necessary amenities. The spinner dolphins added the true Hawaii touch.

The pictures do not do this condo justice as everything is exactly how it appears but better! The location was perfect for me as it’s close enough to get into town (it’s even on the Kona Trolley line) but far enough away that you felt completely at peace without the noise and congestion that comes from being right in town.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The amenities were great: Cable TV, Internet, Pool table, Lanais, A/C, washer/dryer. Villa was spacious and beautifully decorated. Had a mongoose sighting a couple times! Thanks for sharing your beautiful vacation home with us.

This property is stunning. The pictures make it look a bit dated and leave you wondering if the view is really as good as you think it is. OMG. It is huge, nicely decorated with lovely furniture and art, and is well set up for extending the living space onto the large lanai. Speaking of which, the lanai has gorgeous solid wood patio furniture and a direct view of the sun setting over the ocean. The shoreline is not ideal for swimming but the pool (again, way better and larger than the pictures) is immediately adjacent and gorgeous swimming and snorkeling beaches are minutes away. We swam and snorkled with sea turtles and gorgeous fish at a black sand beach 8 minutes away but drove by at least four beaches on the way there. You should definitely stay here.

We enjoyed our stay. This is a large unique property on the ocean. Great sunsets and views. The sound of the ocean was soothing. The pool table is a bonus. The pictures just don’t do justice to this unit, which is spacious and tastefully decorated. The pool is also convenient. The host is responsive when needed.

Really clean, well-appointed condo in a perfect location, both in terms of its location steps from the ocean and 10 minutes by car to Kona’s shops and restaurants. Ideal for our family of five. I would recommend this place very highly.

Property was just right for our family of 4. Wonderful location right on water made for some great sunsets and dinners on the patio. Only a mile or so walk to Kailua town.

As described, the location is spectacular. Property is spacious and comfortable, though a bit dated and oddly configured, especially the si big room filled with pool table. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property.

This was the best condo I’ve ever stayed in. I have high standards and this property exceeded them. It was very clean and had so many amenities such as a nice washer and dryer in the condo. The lanai was beyond stunning! Everything was exceptional including the bedding and towels which were so soft! I’d live here if I could and only hope to return someday.

The lanais on this property were absolutely incredible. Perfect location for sitting outside and enjoying the ocean views. Very large and spacious interior.
