This Vrbo charm is perfect for a family of 4. Very clean and well maintained. The views were spectacular and waking up to see all the stars in the middle of the nights were pretty cool, also. Highly recommend and we will sure be back to stay again.
Beautiful property and location!
We had a great stay at this condo as a family of three. The space was just right for our group, and the views were absolutely beautiful. The location is ideal for exploring West Maui—close to everything but still peaceful. The realty company was responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and the air conditioning worked exceptionally well, which made a big difference. It was also fairly quiet, with easy access to the ocean (though the beach area is small). The onsite pool was a nice bonus, though it could use some shaded areas. Parking was easy and never an issue.That said, we did run into a couple of drawbacks. We didn’t have hot water for most of the week, which was a bit inconvenient. The unit also felt a little worn in places, and the oven didn’t open fully due to tight spacing in the kitchen.Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay, especially for a small group. With a few updates, it could be even better.
Good property for that price point. Needs a bit "deeper" cleaning (down sides of stove, screens in second bedroom, etc). The grounds of Valley Isle Resort are immaculate. The view from this unit is phenomenal. They seriously need to fix/grease the runners on the sliding glass door though...hard even for my 6'5" Navy Officer to open.
Great location on upper floor, high enough to watch the whales in the morning. 5 minutes from Black Rock, Great beaches, the best snorkeling. Will be booking this place again !!!
We had a great time and the condo was exactly as advertised.
PROS: Amazing views, very quiet location, kitchen had everything, property grounds were well maintained and staff was lovely. CONS: Beds were quite hard, it was only 1.5 baths (not 2 as listed) and they were NOT remodeled. They had new counter tops but the shower and tub/shower were ancient. (The pic’s on vrbo are enhanced with a filter)
This condo, location and view did not disappoint! It was roomy, comfortable and clean with the most incredible view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, whales breaching from our patio and turtles swimming close to the shore below. Our week flew by! We will definitely return!!!
Incredible ocean views! We saw plenty of whale spouts and turtles! Even a pod of dolphins and a shark from the balcony! The close proximity of the units makes it a bit noisy at night. The property is well maintained and clean.
The view was great…nice to swim-snorkel right at property. Close enough to stores and amenities. A little older…bathrooms in particular, but was fine. Well stocked with beach necessities. Never really had hot water (lukewarm) and the building did shut the water off for about 6 hours one day…but overall enjoyed the condo.
This condo is amazing! Has it all and the view of Molokai is breathtaking! I wish the pool was bigger though. Other than that, a wonderful stay! Free parking also!

We had a lovely stay. The condo was well equipped and perfect for our family. We explored much of west Maui with ease, and were delighted to discover an amazing sushi place across the street. Seriously don’t miss it. The facility was well kept always clean. It is a delightful place to stay and we would happily return if we come back to Maui.

Ocean views were spectacular with both whales and turtles every day! Beach erosion overall requires you walk to an access point to enjoy sand and surf. Very pleasant grounds and kept immaculate. Mahalo for sharing this with the mainlanders!
Old worn out. Massive paint issues. Electrical outlets not working. A/C not working.. No gym.

Unit has great location in Kahana, midway between Kaanapali and Kapalua. The 11th floor oceanfront position affords spectacular views. Biggest drawback we had is that every time the wind came up (which was much of the time during our week there) the corridor to the room became a major wind tunnel, and the jalousie windows in the secondary bedroom set up a howling noise that made it difficult to sleep. In calmer conditions probably not a problem. We noticed that some other units had replaced the jalousie windows with solid pane windows, and this might be an improvement.
We stayed in a two bedroom ocean view unit on the 11th floor and the view was magnificent every day. The unit itself was very, very warm. There is no central AC, just a portable unit that did not cool the place down very well. We slept with all the windows open, but it was still languid within the unit each night. So no central AC. Also, the bathroom was very compact. I am a big and tall dude, and the shower was hard to get into and out of, and the toilet area was very...narrow...and - therefore - challenging. But the grounds were very nice, the amenities and extras within the unit were great, and the five of us enjoyed our stay! It was also very cool how close we were to the actual beach - just a short drive away. Parking was ample and the unit itself was plenty large enough for all of us (two families) to not be all up in each others' business.
