Highly recommend this condo! Very clean and the view was amazing. Steps from the beach, close to shopping and restaurants. Check in was a breeze and communication with the owner was great. We found our place to stay in Maui.

My wife and I stayed here from 9/14 to 9/17 for a medical conference at a resort nearby. This place check all the boxes for us. The rate is reasonable. The place is very cozy, clean, private, and equipped with AC and ceiling fan in each room. The ocean view is beautiful. We enjoyed having dinner at the balcony while watching the beautiful sunset. The beach is only a few steps away. The unit is at a quiet neighborhood, but is close to many stores and restaurants. The owner is one of the best we have every worked with. Communication is very prompt and clear. We were on a tight schedule, and the owner even kindly let us check in early and check out late to accommodate our schedule. This place is highly recommended. We will definitely stay again.
Property was just as pictured if not even better. Listening to the waves while working and at night to sleep - just magical. Highly recommend!
Been staying in VRBO based locations for over 10 years and this truly may have been the nicest property ever rented! Clean, very well maintained, and had excellent communication with the owner. Pictures don’t give justice on the clear sights of the ocean and everything that went with it! Location is walkable to many dinner locations and closely drivable to many more! Only 25 min from the airport that made things convenient as well! Can’t wait to get back!
Property was exactly as pictured. Everything we needed was provided inside & out. Pool was a nice added feature & laundry very convenient. Location was close to everything as we drove around. Joe was a super host! Highly recommend this property for your Maui vacation.

Excellent Condo with perfect ocean views and easy access to a quiet beach. The condo was clean, updated and well furnished with everything we needed. Located a block from many shops and restaurants. Thanks Joe for sharing your place!Pro Tip: Walk 5 min down the beach (to the north) at sunset and see the sea turtles come on shore - be quiet and keep your distance. We saw about 25 one night. And go early (6:30-7am) the next morning and see the stragglers going back in the ocean.
The listing was spot-on, exactly as described. Communication was smooth, and check-in was hassle-free. Perfect spot for beachfront breakfasts and unwinding with incredible sunsets. The location is ideal, with beaches, restaurants, and convenience stores all within easy reach
Perfectly located with amazing ocean views and gorgeous sunsets every night. The condo is set up so well with everything you need for your vacation.
Accommodation exactly as advertised, comfortable bed and living areas all kept to a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance. Stock of everything we needed related to bathroom and kitchen so no need to purchase anything additional. Short walk to supermarket, coffee shop and various restaurants. If you like what is advertised then I’d recommend this property.

My friends and I loved staying here! It is right on the ocean and the water is shallow for a while so you can go far out. We loved watching the sunset on the beach or from the balcony of the condo. The condo itself is beautiful and had everything we needed -- a well armed kitchen for cooking and a lot of beach gear. It is also in a great location, close to a lot of beaches and restaraunts and stores. I would definitely come back to stay again!
The condo was amazing! Had all the amenities we needed! Located right on the beach! Sunrise and sunset walks on the beach were like a magazine. Saw 25 sea turtles beached for the night! Can not go wrong with the VRBO!
This is a very nice rental. The rental is nicely updated and comfortable. It has a great lanai with an ocean view. The kitchen is very well supplied. Several restaurants were within walking distance. A welcome basket was included with delicious shortbread macadamia nuts cookies.
We looked hard for the perfect place that was actually on the beach, not across the street. This unit is perfect! Great views, whales can be seen from the balcony, the beach is very private, comfy bed, everything you could need in the kitchen, grocery store a 5 minute walk. Look no further!

Nicely remodeled unit right on the beach. Living area and lanai are awesome. Great location, walkable to restaurants and a short drive from the great beaches in the Kihei/Wailea area. The bedroom, which you walk into when you enter the unit, is small, and suitcases have to be stored in the closet to give you any walk-around room, but it has a comfortable king bed. There were 3 of us, so our adult daughter slept on the fold out couch in the living room. Worked fine for the 3 nights we were there. Would definitely stay there again, especially if there were just two of us.
We stay in Kehei often - this unit is exactly as pictured. 200 or so steps to Nalu’s. Unit was very clean and well-stocked. It was a bit small, but really a great unit for 2 people. Adequate parking. Just a note that the beach / water has a sandy reef that runs out quite far - water was only knee deep for a couple hundred feet out.
This is the condo you don’t want to tell too many people about. Host was prompt with questions before and during our stay. Condo exceeded expectations. Loved the beach chairs and umbrella! Watched whales from the lanai. Just had an amazing stay!
We had a really wonderful 2 night stay at Joe’s beautiful condo. It was clean and beautifully furnished and well stocked with everything you need for a Kihei beach getaway. Joe was also super responsive leading up to our stay. We also met some of the other property owners during our stay, and they were so kind and friendly. I’d highly recommend this location, the property and this condo! It was a wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was accurately described in the listing. The location was fantastic with everything you would want for a comfortable stay. It was like it was our own place and there were beach chairs and float tubes for our kids. The appliances were updated as well as the condo. Joe was quick to respond to any questions and was great to work with. We highly recommend staying here at this beautiful condo and renting from this host.
Overall had a wonderful stay. It was my husband’s first time in Hawaii and Luana Hotel is very close to the beach and amazing restaurants.Decided on a four star eating, related to communication. I asked about early check in and host said to let them know upon arrival, which I did. Because this is a VRBO, the hotel was not able to check us in without host approval. Host did not get back to us until after check in time. Other than that, 5 star experience.
