Property location you can’t beat!
Clean and comfortable house, immediate beach access. Beautiful property, no problems with the place or owner, Jim. It was a bit noisier than we expected due to closeness to Kam Highway.

This was an amazing place. Jim keeps an awesome property that is just right. It’s just isolated enough but still close to town. We found ourselves alone on the beach more than once. Very romantic. The property felt like home and was a great base camp when we just wanted to relax in the evening or spend time on the beach. When we come back to Oahu we will definitely rent from Jim again.
Extremely clean and safe beautiful property with all the comforts of home. Owner on site, very nice and gave directions to nearby points of interest. We all enjoyed our stay.

We loved staying here, right next to the beach on the North shore, what could be better. Private beach access at the end of the garden, outdoor heated shower, I even borrowed the surf board that Jim left for us and caught a few waves!
I brought my parents over for their birthdays both during this week in March. It was the perfect cozy, but not cramped, little nest for us. Beautiful private beach and everything you could ever need or ask for. LocationIs perfect and convenient for restaurants, shops and hangouts on the North Shore, my favorite area of the island.

The cottage was better than the pictures and the beach is amazing and it is right there. Our interactions with the owner were all very good. We would stay here again.

Great location. Steps from a semi private beach. And a short drive to anywhere you need or want to go. So nice to have your own private house with a gated driveway. House was very clean and has everything you need. If we get a chance to come back to Oahu I will absolutely rent this place again. Mahalo Jim!
Steps from the beach and stunning sunsets every evening. Truly the relaxing Hawaiian experience we were looking for. The house was comfy and modern. The cooks in this family found the kitchen fully stocked. The owner, Jim was so pleasant and helpful. We hope to be back!
Great little house steps to the beach. Great neighborhood. Felt very safe with gated entry and dedicated covered parking spot for one car. Host was great, accessible but not invading. Beach was great! Wonderful sand. We saw Sea Turtles playing in the break and enjoyed hunting for shells with beautiful sunset views. House was nice, simple and clean. No dishwasher. Couch was more like outdoor furniture with cushions that slide around. We spent more time outside adventuring so this wasn’t a huge deal but worth noting. Laundry is in a separate room from the house so you have to go outside to get to it, just other side of the house from the main entry and the path is well lit with motion activated lights. Beds were comfortable and the house had lots of little extras in the bathroom and kitchen cabinets so that was nice. Also beach chairs, toys, beach towels were provided. Plenty of bath towels were provided as well. We explored all of Oahu from our home base on the North Shore. I would definitely go back again and recommend to my friends. Thanks Jim!
My family and I just got home from stay here! The first thing we said when we pulled in was “whoa!” The pictures do it no true justice, everyday was waking up in paradise. The owner is very nice as well, he spoke to my wife briefly as we arrived just to say hello. I met him a couple days later on the beach. Very nice guy, and is NOT at all invasive for your trip (which some reviews said). My family felt very safe and had more than enough privacy for us two girls 13 and 17. We enjoyed everyday.
There’s a great Food Land super market down the hwy where we got drinks, pineapples and poke every single day. I’d also recommend trying Impossibles Pizza. We will definitely be back and have sent the listing to our parents and friends. Thanks again!
Was centrally located for all our activities.
Grandparents taking our granddaughters 13 & 15 on their 1st island trip. 5/28 - 6/4. Pefect location for beach excursions, usually 2 per day followed by early dinner at nearby food trucks/local small restaurants. Onsight beach chairs/towels/boogie boards were appreciated. Brought our own snorkel gear. Green turtles were walking distance/snorkel. Kitchen has eveything most would need. We used mainly for breakfast/snacks. Foodland located closeby. Enjoyed Stonefish restaurant & 7 Brothers (easy drive) Haleiwa. Clean, nice layout for family. Gathered for games outside under mango tree/ or DR table. Girls played with volley ball in large guest house side yard. Easy 3 min walk to beach by owners' home with use of outside shower. Enjoyed beach strolls; sunsets, surfers & 15 min walk to see green turtles on shore. The owner was welcoming & informative. Perfect for our family vacation keeping two teenagers engaged & active!

Loved the location. Beach is beautiful and you can have it almost to yourselves. House had everything we needed, including beach chairs and towels. Bed was very comfortable. We would love to come back!
This is our second stay at this location and it did not disappoint. It provided a perfect location for us to escape to on the beach and gave my husband a perfect spot for surfing. Jim is helpful and kind. It’s perfect for our family:)
Great location and amenities on the North Shore! Beautiful beach, close to town, quiet, secure and everything you would need for an awesome beach vacation. Our host was very helpful and accommodating!
My coworker and I came for some training and found this spot close to our location. It was very clean, friendly and inviting! Had a nice kitchen, laundry and linens provided. Close to lots of beaches, food, shopping and outdoor activities. Honolulu and Waikiki were about an hour away (slow speed limits and some traffic at times) but the drive was always beautiful! It was perfect for my first time visiting Hawaii.
Jim is a stellar host and property is the perfect location. It was like we had our own semi-private beach.

Spent a wonderful week in this small but comfy and clean cottage. Host was easy to contact and had lots of recommendations for us. Kitchen was fully stocked with whatever dishes, pots/pans, utensils we needed, and beds were comfortable. Easy access to the beach (literally a 3 minute walk), quiet, and had the whole place to ourselves. I would definitely recommend this place for a couple or small family. Will definitely come back!
Overall couldn’t have had a better stay. Beautiful area. Jim the owner was very kind. I highly recommend this stay.

Grab a cup of coffee and walk a few yards behind the house to watch the surf in the morning and sunsets at night. Home is well appointed for entertaining. We were four adults and cooked in the home a few nights and had everything we needed. Host is on site and helpful. Stayed 7 nights and we were quite comfortable.
Jim’s place was clean, well appointed, and super relaxing!
