Great location in a quiet part of the beach. The yard was perfect for the kids to chill and play. The only issue with the location is the beach itself. It is not exactly ideal or picturesque once the winds kick up. Beaches that are more kids friendly for swimming are about 10 minutes down the road. Other than that, great trip

The ground floor unit was light-filled with beautiful views and maintained grounds, as well as beach access from the lanai. The location and pace were ideal for being able to relax or to walk or drive to nearby shops/activities. Having the Monsoon Grill on the premises was a delightful bonus!

Excellent stay! Condo was perfectly clean and much more well supplied than previous stays we had. Included tp, paper towels, detergents, trash bags, etc. This was our 6th stay in this condo and we were very happy with the improvements. New silverware, dishes, towels, dish towels, linens, beach chairs, etc. We were used to bringing our own beach towels and were very happy to see nice new beach towels! There were boogie boards and water toys on the patio that I think were left from other guests. AC was great, we minimally used it this time of year. Photos on the listing are not fully accurate as the bathroom has been remodeled and there is only one pull out couch in the living area. We used the pull out bed and it was firm but very comfortable - WAY better than the previous ones in this condo. Susan the property manager was very responsive. Some of the info on the VRBO details were inaccurate (pool code, wifi info) so read the posted paper in the condo which is correct. I would suggest they update all of the VRBO photos and information so it is all accurate. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Was a wonderful place to be together. Ground floor. Easy access to beach and pool and the BBQ’s few minor issues which our hostess dealt with promptly. Well stocked kitchen and comfy furniture.

We stayed a week. The bed is very comfortable. Loved walking the beach each morning and the view of the sunset from the unit. Well appointed kitchen although we mostly ate dinner out. We would stay there again.

Our visit to Maui was amazing. The condo was fabulous views were amazing and we even had the pleasure of viewing whales right from our patio nightly! Uma was so kind and so responsive to any needs. We were so relaxed dying out stay and felt right at home.

This condo is beautiful and we stayed there 11/5-10/2024. It’s located on the 1st floor which is nice since you have direct access to the backyard grass area and water. The views are spectacular and has amazing sunsets. We have stayed at this location before in different condos (different floors too) and have absolutely loved this location. It’s safe, has easy access to the beach, pool and is peaceful. This condo was clean, has a full kitchen that’s loaded with everything you need (however we ate out each night at local food trucks around Kihei). The condo was stocked with extra towels and blankets if needed. Comfy furniture too. They have a beautiful porch area (Tip; to feel the breeze you can put the chairs in the grass area in front of the porch and enjoy the breeze). A few things we noticed that would be helpful to know; Most of the information you are provided in the email upon arrival is incorrect. Our email had contact info which was outdated (except for the owner info, that was correct). The Wi-Fi info also outdated so make sure to find Wi-Fi info located inside the condo. (We had to reset their modem) Also there is no functioning lockbox containing keys (as stated in email) as the code provided to gain access to condo goes to the keypad on the front door. We were very disappointed that the front screen door’s lock was broken because it would have been nice to have the cross breeze from the front to back of condo. Overall a nice clean place.

We enjoyed our stay in Kihei. It was so nice being on the ground floor, sitting outside on the patio in the mornings drinking coffee, and watching the ocean.
I really loved seeing all the sea turtles popping their heads up as we took our daily early morning walks along the beach.
Everyone we met (locals and visitors) were very friendly. Aloha!

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon. Besides the wonderful location, the room was clean and well put together. Well worth its price, would definitely stay there again.

We picked this rental for the location and were not disappointed! I would say this is one of the best located units in the building. Uma was quick to respond when we needed her. The A/C was awesome and we really enjoyed the kitchen amenities including the blender and smoothie mixer.
