We had a great stay at this property. It is a little dated in areas, and could use a little updating, but it was clean, comfortable, and extremely relaxing. There is nothing like being able to walk out of the back patio door, sit on the deck, and watch the beautiful sunsets. It's close enough to Kona to be convenient, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Theres no question that we would stay at this property again when we come back to the Big Island.
Property was exactly as described right on the water with glorious sunsets on the lanai and sleeping to sounds of waves. Super close to the pool which was a nice bonus. The perfect jump off point/location for lots of family adventures. Thank you!
Really amazing view! Well stocked with anything we would need. We enjoyed the lanai, just watching the sunset. We did a Manta Ray tour. Highly recommend. We were very happy and wished we had stayed longer.
Location, location, location! This comfortable and well-stocked condo sits right above the wave action on the rocks. (You will miss that sound when you go home.) A small, almost private black-rock beach is a quick walk to the north end of the complex. (Locals like this spot. So do the sea turtles.) Keauhoe Shopping Center is just a quick 5-minute drive up the road. (Nice KTA grocery store, Long's Drug, several restaurants, a bookstore, ...) It is just outside Kona for peace and quiet but only a short drive into town. (Take the free trolley/bus from KTA and save paying 26 for two hours.) End your day sitting on the communal patio for the five units by watching the sunset. (Maybe the green flash?)The owner/host deserves 10/5 stars! for his quick responses and helpfulness.Mahalo!
Party of four, this condo and complex was for re grouping after a day of fun and exploring on the big island. The condo was well stocked as described (this was a major plus), right beside the pool and ocean. Edgar and property manager were always quick to respond. Great place!
This is an excellent location located in a very nice gated resort with a beatiful swimming pool and courts. You can look right out of the sliding glass door and see the ocean a few feet away. It could use some updating as things did look a little run down. For example the upstairs bathroom door did not lock, the remote for the fan and light in the bedroom was not there. There was only one wash cloth in the upper bathroom and no bath soap. On the plus side the kitchen was well appointed with all you could need, including a dishwasher. Overall a good stay with some minor problems.

the condo was on the water. Not a beach but on lava rock. great to sit on the porch and watch and listen t the waves crashing on the shore. centrally located. would stay again.

Edgar could not have been a more gracious host. I messed up our check in date and Edgar went out of his way to help me find alternative accommodations The beds were extremely comfortable and the ocean sounds made for great sleeping!!
The sound of the ocean was everything! It was just what we needed to unwind!
This rental has a spectacular view! We are thrilled that we were able to spot Humpback whales every day from the lanai. We watched outrigger canoe groups, kayakers, and other boats. Each day was concluded watching the sunset hoping to see the green flash. And we enjoyed the.sweet little birds keeping us company by the lanai. The rental is clean, comfortable, well stocked. Edgar, the owner, was very attentive when a couple of questions came up, which we greatly appreciate.
Enjoyed the ocean views and saw whales and dolphins. The pool and surrounds at the Surf and Racquet Club were outstanding. The unit itself was quite comfortable nut could use a little updating. All in all a delightful stay.
The complex was very safe and matched the island vibe perfectly! Also the condo's decor was cute and reminded me of the birds we saw during our hikes. I could for sure live there and sleep next to the ocean every night. My first Vrbo experince went as smoothly as it could go and my friend and I had a great time!

Great location and view of the ocean. The townhouse was clean and the property was well-maintained. The kitchen was very well-stocked with the implements and utensils that we needed for a week. We would stay there again.

First, the direct ocean front access was completely incredible. It was so soothing to watch the sunset on the back porch and hear the waves all night long. The house was clean, in a great location, and it was helpful to have parking directly in front of the entry door. There was plenty of space in both bedrooms as well as the bathrooms. We didn't have time to use any of the beach equipment because of other things we had planned, but there was a ton of it under the staircase storage room. There is no AC, which was a little rough at first. But having all of the windows open and fans helped circulate the breeze through the house. Other than that, it's a great property!
Nice ocean view. Very convenient area for shore fishing. Definitely will stay there again when there’s no high surf. Excellent communication from the owner, Edgar.
Nice condo with ocean front view. Small unit but it had everything we needed. Nice sunsets from the lanai. Would have liked a tea kettle since we're not coffee drinkers.
We loved the patio. Almost everyday, we were able to watch whales and dolphins. The unit is a short walk to a great beach for snorkeling. There is no AC, but I don’t think AC was necessary with the ocean breeze.
We loved the views and the sound of the waves crashing while we slept. The only thing about this place is if you have young, clumsy kiddos, it might not be a good choice, because everything is tile and stone and could be really slippery when wet. But a really beautiful condo and property. Access to the beach was excellent as well.
We enjoyed staying at this property. Everything was well maintained and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved sitting outside for meals and relaxing with beautiful ocean views. The pool is close by and very nice
I've stayed at this complex multiple times before and the proximity to the ocean is incredible. This property is central to all of the places we like to visit on the island and the nearby shopping center is a huge bonus.
