Beautiful unit with easy beach access and lots of island activities. Perfect for a relaxed vibe. Pool was great. A little confusion at check in & not having door access but property manager was easy to reach & take care of things. She was really helpful making access easier for my dusabled partner
Our stay was good only thing that needed to be changed was the washer was very loud and no throw blankets to use on cool mornings or in the room

We loved this condo. Excellent view sitting almost over the water without obstructions. Exceptionally clean and well decorated. Had everything we needed. Easy access and great parking area. We were able to get everywhere we wanted on the Island as great location. Hope to use again soon. Wouldn't even look for another location as this is perfect!
We enjoyed a relaxing 3 week visit to Maui in this Sugar Beach Resort unit. It was very comfortable and clean. The ocean view was wonderful. We met Theresa the property manager and I felt that she took care of us. This is our 7th visit to SBResort and we have stayed in 5 other units. This one is right at the top. Tastefully decorated, clean and everything was in working order.
We have stayed in four different units at Sugar Beach Resort and this one was the nicest! The owner has a flip-flop theme with tasteful decorations and comfortable furnishings! The king bed was awesome, the kitchen extremely well stocked with cooking supplies, and separate lounge chairs and big screen TV were the icing.
Theresa, the property manager, went out of her way to accommodate us and answer our questions. She was a delight to meet her (as well as her husband). The Unit was sparkling clean and she gave us recommended nearby restaurants that were wonderful.
This is a GREAT Kihei location convenient to everything. The outside of the building is in need of some paint and attention. Because some homeowners renovate their interiors, guests can overlook the outside.The pool and hot tub area are very well-maintained and we thoroughly enjoyed our lanai!
We have visited Maui several times and have stayed in a different location each time. Next time we will stay here again. Perfect location, great view, and great atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone looking for an oceanfront condo that doesn’t break the bank.
My husband and I had a great stay. We had beautiful sunsets every evening from our balcony. There is a long stretch of beach that we walked every morning and evening. We did a lot of exploring on Maui, so the best part for me was the location of the condo. You are right in the middle of the island. We easily did the road to Hana and back from this location. The condo itself was nice and clean, very well stocked, and steps from the beach. I would 100% book this condo again.
Property was very nice. Property manager was EXTREMELY helpful when I couldn't find her email to get in the condo.
Condo is not the nicest we have stayed in, but clean and well taken care of.
Views of sunset right outside the lanai were great too.
Would return again for sure.
