-The Naiʻa Pool will be closed for refurbishment from Sep 7, 2026 to Dec 18, 2026. All other resort pools and amenities are expected to remain open during this time. Beginning Jan. 4, 2027 to Jun. 23, 2027, the Kona Tower at the resort will be undergoing villa refurbishment. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.

-There is no cash available at this resort, and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.

-Valet and On-site parking fees will be $45 daily from April 1, 2023.
