Not very clean. Sand everywhere, hair in bathroom. Mattress cover in master bedroom, ick.... The posting pics show welcome coffee and chocolate, Unfortunately we didn't get any. You will need to buy everything for your stay. There was no anything for the kitchen ( salt foil wrap spices coffee filters) anything a previous renter would have purchased is removed. The location and view is everything.
Beautiful view of Whales and turtles from the large Lanai. Great location walking distance to Dukes and other places. Beaches directly off the property. Nice pool.
Having stayed at the Mahana in years past, this unit exceeded all expectations. The view was magnificent and perfect for whale watching off the massive lanai. As always, a short walk down the beach gets you to some great snorkel spots when the conditions are right.
We came because of the huge discount for no AC during the roof construction. It was great. Nothing beats the Mahana resort as it is low density and close to the water on airport beach!
Clean, nicely decorated, big deck, beautiful water view, great amenities at the property. Easy check in/out.
Enjoy our time very much. Air-conditioning in the building broke down but part of our rental fee was returned for the inconvenience.
Property was well maintained and short walk to the beach area for the kids using the wagon and beach gear (umbrellas, chairs and boogie boards) provided in the closet. Only complaint with nature was the high winds during the afternoons common to this side of the island during July. Sunsets beautiful from the Lanai at just the right height for the palm trees. Overall, nearly perfect.
Aloha! We arrived in Maui with our two adult children. The unit was exactly as described. We had great communication from the management to ensure we had check-in information and they followed up to see if we needed anything.
The beds and living areas were very comfortable. We made coffee and meals in the kitchen and ordered some meals that we brought back to the unit. We had everything we needed. There are also beach chairs and towels to use. The location is great and allowed for time on the beach in front of the property and pool and hot tub so you didn't have to leave the property if you didn't want to. It's also close to a lot of spots so we were able to snorkel in several bays. We also did a pineapple farm tour. We drove to nearby shopping and restaurants and also walked to a few places nearby.
The unit was perfect for our family getaway and we enjoyed our stay. We look forward to returning for another stay. Mahalo!
Perfect location with turtles swimming and whales in the distance. Only issues we had were no hot water and the dishwasher didn’t clean very well.
Very hassle free check in and out. Unit was absolutely turn key. Felt very welcomed. This unit was outstanding I every way.

The original property I booked was not ready for to renovations not finished. So they did a fantastic job finding a replacement considering the crazy status Hawaii is in.
It was stunning view. Our family ( 5 of us) enjoyed the house very much . Very clean , mew furnitures, cool TV, bathrooms are big.
We love everything about this house . The only draw back is drive a little far to the airport, and other places, but of course minutes drive to beautiful beaches with great view for pictures.
