Perfect little apartment for a couple to relax and enjoy Maui. Napili Point is a perfect spot for snorkling in the bay out front or walk to the sandy Napili beach nearby. The only down side of this place and A25 next door is that there is a limited view. The pool is right out front and the hedges around the pool get in the way of the view. We took the Tommy Bahama chairs to the lawn on the other side of the pool each evening for sunsets. Not a hardship!
We've been coming to the napili area for 25 years, and have stayed at quite a few of the properties, including the piliki beach club, however, we loved the peace and quiet of this unit and its setting along with the amazing view. We will be back!
Everything was great about our stay! We got to Napili early and were able to check in immediately upon arrival. My only criticism is that there were a couple areas that weren’t super clean and we found a dirty/used bandaid in one of the pushed in chairs at the dining room table. As a former housekeeper, I totally get that these mistakes happen and would by no means let it deter me from staying here again!
Perfect stay for a small family.
This condo worked perfectly for us. We enjoyed our stay.
There is a beautiful view of the bay from the unit, and we enjoyed watching the sunset while having dinner on the patio. The two pools are excellent (though not heated) and not overcrowded. The unit had flippers, snorkel gear, a beach umbrella, and beach chairs to borrow. The property feels quiet and peaceful. We absolutely loved it!

Older condo but very comfortable and lovely private location. Everything worked and well stocked. Definitely recommend it.
We escaped for a 3-day weekend and the minute you walk into the Napili Point property you feel the stress start to melt away. The unit was clean, well stocked and just very comfortable. Views of the bay from the front sliding glass door had us peering out to Molokai looking for whales breaching and frolicking, of which their are many. Snorkeling just steps from the unit (if you’re okay entering from the rocks) will instantly delight with sea turtles and reef fish everywhere. A short walk to Napili beach makes entering the water easier. BBQ grills on the water’s edge and a roomy kitchen make at-home meals easy and make Napili Point feel like home (with great views and whales and sea turtles, that is)
We had a lovely time at this property. The view out of the lanai overlooking the ocean allowed us to watch whales with our morning coffee. The minisplit AC is enough to cool the bedroom and living room and there are plenty of fans to circulate the air around. The kitchen is fully stocked and the property includes many BBQs and at least two pools. Know that there isn't any beach access directly from the property (but is about a 5 min walk) and that to access the unit you need to go down about four stairs. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, soap and lotion (but no conditioner) and beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella are provided. We'd love to come back, it was perfect for our small family to feel at home!
The condo had some truly great views and was conveniently located to the beach and some nice restaurants.
