Beautiful little condo in a perfect location. I rated it a 4 only because of our circumstances. My husband is vision impaired and the lighting is sparce and not very bright. The throw rugs are trip hazards, both of which could be improved for the safety of all guests.
Great place and location. Such a wonderful place to see the sunset. Beaches, shopping, and dining are close. The place could be slightly cleaner—shower was not the cleanest and dishes needed to be pre-washed before being used. Amenities are great, including the pools, tennis rackets, umbrella, beach chairs, etc. Washers and dryers on property were really nice as well.
We had a wonderful time in this lovely condo. The managers were easy to work with, check in process was easy, and the location is centralized to everything we needed. We will definitely return in the future! Thank you for a great stay!!
We absolutely love the lanai! Bring a table cloth and enjoy your breakfast and lunches on the lanai with the nearly private ocean view (see pictures). Almost no foot traffic (very few people walking by each day). Maybe a little too hot and sunny for dinner. We didn't want to lower the shade as it looked like it hasn't been lowered in years. So we shut the patio doors, curtains and turned on the AC around 4-5pm each day. No table inside. We ate dinner on the couch each night. A couple of standing TV trays would be really nice (@Host :-)).Security - I was a little worried about security, being on the ground floor. The screen doors lock, but they slide, together, completely past the glass doors and allow easy entry, so not really locked. Thank fully, no problems at all. I ocean. But we opted for the doors being closed and the AC on. Read host instructions to by pass AC timers.Laundry Clarifications - This unit does not have laundry. The complex has a laundry facility across the street. The laundry room doors lock and we were comfortable leaving a load going and returning 30-45 minutes later. As of 07/2025 each load costs 5 (washer/dryer each 2.50). Plus you have to buy a laundry card for 10 (we taped the card to the keys for the next guest). We spent 30 on laundry over 10 days. Not ideal, but could be way worse. Bring your own laundry soap and dryer sheet to save money.The unit is perfect for 2. Will definitely stay again.
We spent a week here and it was great. Watching sunset from Lanai and having breakfast in the morning with Hawaiian breeze are something unbeatable compare to other vacation clubs.
Conveniently located just outside of the busiest areas but still very close to all the spots on the west side.Beautiful sunset views even from INSIDE the rental.Not super private as anyone can walk behind the patio along the coast, and the bed is located right next to the windows near the road. But as long as you're not expecting solitude this place is perfect!
This was ocean front property and absolutely beautiful. Very well appointed to from a beautiful lanai, well supplied kitchen, to beach chairs, cooler, and snorkel equipment. Two pools! Close to restaurants and stores. Walked to many attractions. Would definitely stayhere again! Love, love, loved this place.
Cleanliness was an issue in the kitchen. Oven was sprayed with cleaner and left that way. So we had to clean it before we could use it. This wasn’t something we could wait to be fixed. Blender covered in brown sticky stuff, top broken and seal leaked it should be replaced. So we had to clean it before we could use it. Again not something we could wait on. AC has what appeared to be black mold and was very inefficient. Many things are broken and need to be replaced. Tea pot doesn’t work when you try and pour your tea. Snorkeling gear has been baking in the sun and isn’t usable and the list goes on. The unit is decorated nicely and we managed but are disappointed to find so many things in poor shape that we counted on to prepare our meals. Do better and deliver what people pay for! No one wants to hear any excuses. Your customers shouldn’t have to experience this.
wee had a great time but we had to cut it short as we had an emergency that forced us to leave maui a week early. We notified the contact person to let them know we left early.
We have stayed her a few times snd it gets harder to leave. Condo is well set up and very close to the ocean. We come here in January and see numerous whales as well as turtles all week. Very pleased with our stay.
Clean property right on the ocean front. I spent most of my time exploring the island, but there is a nice quiet beach 8 minutes walk down the street, plenty of restaurants and a coffee shop.

We chose this property because it was a short walk from where our adult kids/grandkids had booked. This studio was much larger than other studios we have stayed in, feeling almost like a one bedroom because of the curtain that can be pulled between the bed area and the living/dining space. Some things we really appreciated: plenty of electrical and usb outlets by both sides of the bed and couch, beach equipment including beach chairs and snorkel gear, fully functional kitchen with granite counters, breakfast bar and dishwasher, condiments in the fridge - you might want to see what is there before you buy ketchup and mustard, two kinds of coffee makers- keurig and a drip coffee pot. Things to know - the pools are at the rest of the resort across the street. We mostly used the pool at our family’s unit as it was heated and ours were not. As others have mentioned, there is a lot of light at night. I woke up often thinking it was daylight but it was just 2 or 3 am. We enjoyed seeing turtles in the water at the sea wall right outside the door, practically. It’s pretty special.
We loved being able to sit on the lanai with a view of the water and hear the waves all night. So many things to walk to, including nearby pocket beaches, great restaurants and shops. Comfy bed, well-appointed kitchen and decorated so nicely. Busy neighborhood, but close to everything in West Maui.
Relaxing, beautiful location. Multiple trips to Maui over the years but this home was perfect for the 2 of us. Comfy bed & sheets. Easy parking, quiet surroundings and the best sunset views. Our only issue was timer on a/c. Due to asthma issues we needed it on at night vs leaving windows open. Waking up in middle of night to restart was a bit rough but everything else made up for it. We will highly recommend to friends & family.
Nice place steps from Sea wall. Friendly neighbors. Road noise was annoying because Aircon could only be used for 4 hour chucks with timer so needed to sleep with windows open and glass slider open. Back screen door doesn’t lock properly when the glass sliding doors are open and unit is on the ground floor.so security is questionable. But safe neighborhood. Great spot on island.
We had an amazing stay at this property! It is very well situated and stocked with conveniences and appliances. We used the grill outside, and loved having a blender to make fruit smoothies! It is very near Honolua Bay, our favorite snorkeling spot and even Slaughter House beach! Highly recommend this property!!
Overall stay was good.
Location wasn’t bad but VERY quiet. If that’s for you great but I found it pretty boring in the area. There’s a few walkable restaurants but it’s dead. Except Miso Phat.
Condo was decent and gave us what we need. The communication was great . I couldn’t find the key code and it was after 6 but she responded immediately. Toilet didn’t work, had to open the lid to flush but they came the next day while we were out and fixed it.
The view is great with the sunsets. The lanai was perfect for them but it was a little dingy with previous stays. This may not effect others but if you are sensitive to smell you will need an air freshener or plug in for your stay. The condo has a bit of an old musty smell but I’m really sensitive. Glad I brought some pillow spray and used most of it. Beware of ants just like their descriptions on your arrival instructions. It was a bit stressful every time we ate and drank.
Overall it served its purpose and happy with it.
The place was perfectly clean and truly 12 feet from the ocean. Great reef out front for snorkeling. They had snorkel gear to use, games, books, tennis rackets and balls for the tennis courts across the street by the pool, laundry and rec club that comes with the place. Bang for the buck.
Maui... Rainbows off the private patio... super close parking space... I mean it was perfect! Like ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!
Overall our stay was great. The condo was perfect for us and very clean and so cute inside. Loved watching the sea turtles from the lanai. I was a little disappointed in the beach access close
to the condo.we had to drive each day
To the beach. Which wasn’t ideal. The homeless population all around the area was a little unnerving as they would hang at the picnic table by our lanai and at the end of the seawall one slept each night. One last thing to note is there is a condo above you and the walls seem thin those tenets were so loud and rude you could hear every step they made at 5:00 in the morning and hear their conversations. The location wasn’t perfect for us but the Condo was.
Great location, enjoyed the sounds of the waves and superb ocean view.
The stay was beautiful and just as described. Parking was very convenient!
We had a great time! We saw whales during breakfast on the patio. The place is central, with stores nearby and nice beaches just a short drive away.
