Loved the location. So glad the house had air conditioning in the bedrooms as it was hot! The house could use some updating but overall it was a good vacation.
The rental was basic and could use some updating. When we got there some of the pictures that should have been hanging were off to the side. The shower handles may need to be updated. The pool by the beach was closed and we were not able to use it. They did have a smaller pool available. It worked for us since we were out doing things during the day. The view outside was excellent and had access to walk on the beach the grounds are maintained very well.
This is a great basic condo with phenomenal views and ocean access
We had a great time. The place is big and was able to accomadate our family of 5. There was construction being done to the units next door but you could never hear them. It was clean and super close to the beach which is where we spent mist of our time.
True Hawaiian vibes, you can’t get closer to the water. Needs a bit of maintenance. We loved hearing the birds & surf as our background music.
We loved our stay here as a family of 8. Fantastic views of the ocean with a short distance to the beach. Would stay again.

The good first: Great location, furnishings were good, bed was comfy and very roomy. The bad: had to kill 7 mice. One reason for that is that there are holes throughout place where mice can get in and scurry away. One such feature was in bathroom closet which was missing part of the wall 18inch by 18 inch or so, that opened to the crawl space, thats just a mouse invitation. However, a plus is maintenance came quick and fixed it day 3 and the mouse flow decreased somewhat (4 mice killed in first 2 days). The condo should come with humane mouse traps (we had to get one at Ace on night one, then maintenance brought the sticky killing mouse traps as well). Its not fun with 5 girls with me and teenagers seeing mice squeek and squirm on the sticky mouse traps, so please provide human ones that either catch and release or kill on the spot. Kind of made for some sad moments. Also the front screen door didn't latch and was broken, you have to prop it open or it bangs all day and night. And the back porch light didn't work, would have been nice to play games outside at night. All in all this place could be great with just a few changes...
Perfect for the 5 in our family. You have a front row seat to the waves and sunset. My boys surfed during the day and we could watch from the back porch.
Everything was great but there were a few small things. The spare bedroom with the twin beds had a gnat infestation one evening. There was bug repellent which we sprayed and cleared it up however we were not able to sleep in the room because the repellent smell. The other issue was the bbq did not work. Otherwise the place was perfect and the view was amazing.
