My wife and I loved our stay at this property. Our first trip as empty nesters. David is a fantastic host and incredibly responsive. Check in was about as easy as we’ve experienced and the place was exactly as pictured, which seems to not be the norm lately. The king bed was very comfortable and the place was spotless. Very well appointed with everything you would need to cook a gourmet meal ir eat a bowl of cereal. The view from the lanai is absolutely stunning and very comfortable. There were even a couple of beach chairs and umbrellas that we used every day. All in all, this place is a little slice of paradise and we will be back.
We have stayed in this unit in the past and were very pleased with the upgrades and renovations that have obviously been done. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities and we were very thankful with the overall cleanliness of our unit. Also, the owner is very accommodating and has always been very timely with any responses to our concerns.
We enjoyed our stay in the lovely condo! The resort is nice and the pool area and bar were awesome! Just wish there were a few more restaurants close by.

Not in the downtown area but close enough to have a short drive to get anything you want to do. The ocean front was great for walking on.
The experience was great, however, the mattress on the bed was lumpy and not restful.
We enjoyed our stay at the Sugar Beach resort and especially liked the morning walks on the beach, which is right outside. There is a beautiful view of the sunrise and sunset, and the pool and hot tub are kept clean. It is centrally located, close to shopping and restaurants, everything you would want in a resort.
Have been coming to Maui for over 35 years and have stayed at many places, but this is the best. Not like those hotels on the beach, but a beautiful condo, 3 stories up, ON THE BEACH. You can't get any closer. Watching whales on the lenia (bring your own binoculars) and enjoying a fresh cup of Maui coffee from Java Lava, it doesn't get any better than this. My only regret in writing this review is that this place gets overbooked and I have to find another place!
We had a wonderful time. The condo was great. Had everything we needed. Just a suggestion, I think you should put a label of some sort on the “Pantry” door. We were here about 10 days before I pulled the door open and discovered there was a pantry 😁
Great, well appointed, very clean condo with wonderful views. Love staying at Sugar Beach and this was definitely a condo I hope to stay at again.
