It was perfect to be able to stay on the ground floor and walk out our door to the beach! The condo was clean had everything we needed. Would stay there again.

We were so pleased with everything about our stay- location, proximity to the beach right outside our door, cleanliness of the condo which had everything one could need. From kitchen appliances and accessories to beach chairs and umbrellas and beach towels. Coffee and sparkling water was also provided. To top things off we had quite a show with whales breaching 159 yards from shore and sea turtles galore surfacing right at the tide line. Hope to return one day.

This property was just amazing! The location is perfect! We loved just walking to the beach snorkeling along the water up to back rock and back! Seriously saw so many seals and turtles! Of all the places we snorkeled, this was one of my top places! Fun places just to relax in the water. Perfect view of the islands! Honestly way better than the big resorts and way less people. The bed and sheets and pillows were so freaking comfortable! And all the supplies you will need. We stopped at Walmart on our way in expecting to need stuff but didn't use any of it!!! I would being reef friendly shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The air conditioner was amazing, the fan in the bedroom was finicky so if you need a fan I would pick one up. You couldn't hear anyone. We heard the upstairs neighbors re arranging their furniture once. Having a washer and dryer was amazing for fresh towels! The only thing was the blender was kind of gross. It had mold in it and the bottom was dripping black stuff. Even after washing and using bottled water our smoothies had a gross taste. They do have a Keurig, which made my husband happy. The birds are sweet and I loved having my coffee outside in the am and drinks in the pm. Such a beautiful place. If we're ever able to visit Maui again we will come here!
Absolutely perfect. Waves crashing a few yards from our comfortable lanai. Great view of the sun setting between Molokai and Lanai. Loved watching the birds and dolphins. Place was equipped with everything we needed. Would happily return.
We enjoyed this spot so much we are already planning our next stay. The ground floor unit made it so easy to walk out your back door and enjoy all the fun!! The boardwalk was easily accessed along with the pool area and the beach. Food trucks were fun to walk to in the evening.
The property completely exceeded my expectations. It was super clean, organized, and contained every amenity to make for a comfortable stay. Further, the view of the ocean and privacy is unmatched. I truly appreciate the prompt communications with the Host and eagerly look forward to my next Maui visit.
Great location but not the cleanest and wash cloths and towels had stains.
We have stayed at the Mahana many times so there were no surprises. Room was as described. We were there after the fire time so things were quite different. But very happy we went to help and could come back to the amazing view of Mahana.

The Mahana property is a special place. As you drive up to the main entrance you can see the grounds are well maintained, and parking is a breeze. No parking structure( or parking fees). The photos are 100% how the unit looks, but the irl experience exceeds expectations. The two sliding doors are useful as others have posted.
The pool area is really nice, the BBQs were immaculate and we used them a few nights, pool towels were a plus. Stay here for picture perfect sunsets and morning rainbows, long walks on the beach, to avoid big resort crowds, and to have a beautiful place to relax.
Grocery store walking distance.

The unit was absolutely stunning. The location and being a ground unit was amazing. Very clean, well stocked with some extras that made it very comfortable. I come at least once a year to Maui and this has been one of the best so far! Will definitely re book again!
Listen to the waves, literally 20 feet from the ocean, beautiful views from floor to ceiling windows. Really enjoyed our stay in this well stocked condo.

This was a very well stocked condo. Great bed and amazing views! If your looking for fancy you may not live it but for location views everything you need and a great bottom floor unit.. this is it! Lots of extras stocked for the beach that you have to pay for at the bigger resorts!

It’s lovely that the patio doors from the master go directly outside. That way, our girls could sleep on the pull out couch, which they found very comfortable, well, we could enjoy a glass of wine on the patio and then head straight to bed without waking them up.
While not super-fancy or luxurious, the condo was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for four of us. There are beach towels available, tennis rackets, tennis balls, beach chairs, and an umbrella. Everything that you would need to enjoy your time on Maui.
The condo is conveniently located to the food truck park – which you can walk to you in about eight minutes. It is also conveniently located close to the grocery store and a number of small restaurants. You can also walk down the beach to Dukes, which is great for lunch. We truly enjoyed our week here.

The condo was clean, well stocked and comfortable. The only issue is the lanai doors. They are very difficult to unlock and lock. Otherwise it was great!
