Aloha, and Mahalo to the owners of KK310 for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We stayed for 9 days and could have stayed longer.Everything that is listed on the listing is correct, this place was amazing from the moment we walked in. There was just my wife and I so we had plenty of room, we have seen the inside of a couple other units and this one was the best. The upper bedroom is a loft with a full bath (that's where we slept) there is a large ceiling fan to help circulate the air, there is AC (which many units don't have) but we love to keep the doors open and get the fresh air and the sounds of the waves.There is a full kitchen with all you need (pans, dishes, blender ECT). The view is amazing with sunsets every night and while eating breakfast on the patio we would watch sea turtles swimming in front. There is a couple nice grills which we cooked steak and lobster on. For the bad, if you have a hard time with stairs this is on the 3rd floor so be prepared (better views), the frontage of the property has a sea wall but there are two small beaches on each side, this is a decent spot to snorkel because there are fish and many turtles. The best beach is a five minute drive up the road. We recommend the sunset cruise, we did it twice and I wanted to go again (especially with the one free special) FYI, take your own pictures they come out better than the photographers.We highly recommend this unit and would love to come back. This is our second stay at this property, and it's perfect for our family. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious and we were able to save so much money by making some of our breakfasts and lunches in the condo. The views off the lenai are amazing. We saw multiple turtles daily and even spinner dolphins dancing around one morning. Great snorkeling right off the beach in front of the unit and a nice little pool. Good laundry facilities so you can take home clean clothes. Great little local shops, restaurants, food trucks and beaches close by. You cannot beat the value and convenience of this beautiful and spacious condo compared to a hotel - highly recommend!

This is a great room in a great location. Quiet and peaceful. Everything was clean and nice. Everything we needed was there, including beach chairs, beach toys, etc. Our favorite part was the balcony. We loved seeing and hearing the waves crash and seeing sea turtles daily. The only thing we didn’t love was that it was very hard to get the room cool and it never got as cool as we would have liked it, especially the upstairs bedroom. You can’t put the thermostat below 72, but it only got down that low one night. Most of the time it stayed in the upper 70’s upstairs. But overall I’m very happy we stayed here.
Condo is in a great location right on the water. property has not been very well Taken care of and needs a lot of repair work. very dirty carpets, cabinets in the kitchen are falling apart, doors can’t close or stay closed, twin mattresses are hard, broken window that won’t stay open, small thing like the can opener, doesn’t work and knives that don’t cut,etc. Has so much potential.
Communication was superburb as was the check in process. The condo was clean and as expected from the description. Very comfortable for 4 adults. The app to pay for laundry was amazing and so helpful (vs looking for quarters). We would def stay here again.
What a view ! Perfect for 4 adults and the amazing views from the living room and loft bedroom are stunning. Easy access close to local stores and shopping. Food trucks and great places to eat near by.
The views from the porch alone are so beautiful. The place was extremely clean and the hosts were super responsive and proactive. Close to a coffee shop and little beach that was great for our 2 year old.
We could see sea turtles from our balcony! Waki g up to that beautiful view and sound of the ocean was amazing. The air conditioning worked well, i was a little nervous at girst that it wasnt going to get cool enough because i usually keep my house at 64 at night and you can only turn it down to 72. But with the fans on it was very comfortable. I never felt too hot. The beds were all very comfortable. I slept on the couch pullout and it was wonderful!
We greatly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful unit with its spaciousness, updated kitchen and bathrooms, gorgeous views of Molokai and stylish Hawaiian decor throughout. Unfortunately our stay there was cut short when an air conditioning unit malfunctioned and we were forced to move to a different condo. At that point it became evident that there had been an ongoing problem with the AC unit leaking into a lower unit.
Although we would rent this particular unit again in a heartbeat, we would not do so through the off-site management company that is currently managing it.

Absolutely beautiful, clean and well kept condo. Nice beds and linens, fantastic beaches nearby. Amazing views and saw sea turtles daily, was so nice to snorkel right there from the property. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Our stay here and Maui has been fabulous! The condo is beautiful and you cannot beat the views. We enjoyed watching the whales and turtles daily fortunate to having AC in this unit because we did have some humid hot days. The sun here is beautiful and hot. Enjoyed being able to walk to the shops. Location is awesome and definitely not too crowded, which we like. We definitely made lots of memories.
Great location with beautiful views of the ocean. Unfortunately, the AC unitwas brokecand made noise all night even when it was shut off. The management team did keep in close contactvwith us and made every effort to resolve the issue. The trash was collected at 3 am 2 of the 7 nights we were there and of course as everywhere on the island, the roosters were loud. The kitchen cabinets had fingerprints and grease on them when we got there. I appreciated the management company doing their best, but it was still very frustrating, considering how much we paid, to spend so many nights awake.
This condo is just about perfect! Decor is gorgeous and layout works great. Bathrooms and kitchen are very nicely remodeled too! We couldn’t have gotten a better view of the majestic whales showing off every morning and afternoon. We really didn’t even want to leave the lanai! Turtles just beyond the wall around the pool was a fantastic plus too! Only comment we’d make is that the washer/dryer is a laundry room down by the office, not in the unit like advertised. Thanks and we’ll be back!
My husband and I, and 4 kids (2 adult children, 1 teenager, and 1 toddler) (6 people total) stayed in this condo for 11 nights. It was magical! We watched whales for hours from the Lanai. Snorkeled with sea turtles right in front of the property. Walked to parks, beaches, and stores. The unit was cute, clean, and well-appointed. Property management was attentive and kind. Highly recommend! Thank you for the trip of a lifetime!
