We stayed for a month and saw whales from the balcony every day. It was delightful. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Easy check-in and parking. Well kept grounds and pool. Walk to shops and grocery store. Great location.lockbox

I have never left a bad review not have I ever had to call for anything to be fixed in a condo and we visit Hawaii at least once a year.
That being said, I had to call for additional extermination, that was no problem, they came right away.
What killed it for us was that they know there is an issue with the fridge. It stopped working 1/2 way into our stay. I called and reported it and NOBODY CAME and NOBODY CALLED ME BACK. I do not recommend staying here until they replace the refrigerator. All of your food will spoil and you won’t be reimbursed.

We really enjoyed our time here. The view is amazing-saw sea turtles every day just off shore. The unit is nice, the kitchen well stocked.
The chairs on the balcony are very low , which impeded the view and there was no hair dryer. Only minor inconveniences. The air conditioning was not sufficient to cool the bedroom but we found a fan in the closet.
Overall, I would recommend this to anyone.

We loved our stay in this condo! We met so many owners and had such a good time. The location could not be better. Some of the feedback I did give the property manager is that the vacuum that was mentioned over a year ago still does not work so it's hard to vacuum up any sand that may be on the floor. The late afternoon sun shines straight into the condo and is blinding if you don't have the outdoor blinds pulled down. The blinds in this unit are shredded and wouldn't even come down. Also, if you look at most all of the other decks in the unit they all have taller deck chairs and tables. This unit has chairs that are much shorter so when you are sitting on them the railing on the deck completely blocks the view. We stacked 2 chairs together so it worked okay for the 2 of us. Last, the carpeting on the deck really needs to be replaced with tile or new carpeting as it's really tattered. Other than that the kitchen remodel is very nice and its a super comfortable place to stay.
