It was certainly a perfect stay--fine condo. very well furnished kitchen. Great floor plan. Overlooking beach. Away from the croud.
Couple of house-keeping items. Small run in carpet near lanai. Screen door sticky. Ceiling fan missing pull-chain; couldn't change speed or turn off.
We'll definitely check availablity next time on Maui.
We loved the place. Such a great location. We have booked it for an additional week later in the month we like it so much.
This place is all about the location - on the beach, amazing view, walkable beach, away from the crowds, ABC Store across the street, as well as Sugar Beach Bake Shop and Ululani’s Shave Ice. The condo could use some updating, but that’s what’s keeping the price down. The other units are more expensive.
After visiting several sites that had vacation rentals, I found My Perfect Stays to be the best. They have a large selection of units at so many different properties. If you find a place on a different site I recomend going to My Perfect Stays site to see if they have the same property. The reservation process was very simple and the communication was perfect. I would use them again for my next Maui trip
Perfect location to all points of the island. Parking was easy. Store is across the street
Location is quiet, beautiful view, beautiful sunsets.
Condo had everything we could need. Even had a cooler for trips out. Everything works well. Was clean on our arrival and they left us a welcome package (try the Hawaiian hulapeno chips that was in there. Wish we could buy them here in Arizona)
We had a wonderful vacation and I would definitely recommend this condo and certainly stay there again if available

Very dirty and extremely dated
This was our first visit to Maui and we can't wait to come back. We loved this location because it was quiet, pretty central, and the bay was calm. We went paddle boarding and snorkeling right outside our door every morning. The condo itself was surprisingly spacious. Any issues were handled quickly (the TV wasn't working right away and some old ladies got crabby with us about paddle board storage but, like I said, the staff was so great and solved the problems right away). It's a great location to be with kids because of the calm water. All of the other beaches we visited had much bigger wave action and would be difficult with small children. We hope to return with our kids someday!
The location was perfect for almost anything you wanted to do. We enjoyed that the beach was just a few steps away and so was the pool, we enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the balcony every morning and cocktails in the evening. Unit was as described clean and with everything you wanted. I would bring some seasoning and spices along with you, otherwise the place was great. We had a wonderful stay here with no issues at all.
This unit is in a good location, right in front of beach. It quips about everything you need for a short stay. Only thing need to improve is the laundry room operating time could be longer.
Check in was so easy! Everyone I talk to was so friendly and accommodating. Condo was clean, quiet, I was really able to relax! Would definitely stay again.
