Mana Kai is rough to beat! Beautiful beach steps away and pool oceanside. Unit was nicely appointed. Very comfortable. Would recommend communicating with property manager via text instead of email. I emailed days before trip without response. Did get a quick reply when I text the ice maker for the fridge/freezer wasn’t working. Said they would check on getting fixed. Never heard back. In the scheme of things, not the end of the world.
We had another amazing stay at Mana Kai! 509 was updated and comfortable. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and can’t wait to return.

509 Mana Kai was an absolute dream come true. The location is exceptional and exactly what we were looking for: close to resorts but a homey feel. It was our first time on Maui and I pray it won’t be our last and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent the same place. I can’t say enough good things about this unit and the experience as a whole. Our hosts were very responsive and the room was immaculate loved every minute of our vacation with our teens. Thank you, Shannan and Mana Kai!
Our stay at Mana Kai was perfect. Myself, my wife, our 2 children and my mother and father in law all stayed. I was a little worried that the consensus be to small for all of us but it was not. We never felt like we were in close quarters due to the separate suites. The view and location was beautiful and perfect. The amenities like to onsite grocery store, beach rental for boogie boards, grill and pool were perfect. Everything was well stocked and just as described. The pull out sleeper bed was pretty comfortable for a pull out couch. My wife and kids have never been to Maui and my wife was reluctant due to the 9 hour plane ride to go. After staying here she reports she never wants to go anywhere else for future vacations. I can not recommend this condo and property more highly. It really was the perfect spot for the perfect vacation. We will be back.

The property is so clean and the view is incredible. It’s one of the few places that have a beach at your condo. We loved being able to snorkel right off the beach. We swam with 5/6 sea turtles each day of our stay. The condo had everything you need for a great beach vacation. The location was perfectly located between Kihei & Wailea with lots of restaurants. The restaurant on site is closed which was a bummer, but they are supposed to be opening a new restaurant.

We enjoyed the property. Snorkeling right out front was amazing, jumping waves in afternoon was a highlight too. Beds are comfy, snorkeling gear and cooler came in handy. This was a great location for all of our planned excursions. Enjoyed the pool, refreshing and clean. Great stay for our family. Highly recommend.
The property and location was exactly as stated in the listing. We had a great time switching between the pool and beach, and the property was centrally located on the island, which made travel to other parts of the island easy. The onsite amenities (grill, common space, rentals, convenience store) were great to have as well!
Beautiful place to stay, amazing views with whales jumping every day! Condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Hope to return again and stay longer!

Shannon’s condo in Mana Kai was really nice. Our favourite place to stay in Maui. Her condo specifically felt like home for the almost 3 weeks we stayed there. Fully stock with all the essentials, comfortable furniture and not to mention there was beach gear that is generously provided for the kids and adults. The view from the lanai was breathtaking. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend her condo!
