The Papakea Oceanfront Resort is a tropical oasis of 13 acres of manicured grounds. It has the largest amount of land of any condominium resort on Maui's Kaanapali beach, the only resort with two oceanfront pools, two spas, two 12 hole putting greens. Grounds also include three lighted tennis courts, two shuffleboards, two beach cabanas, tranquil koi ponds, lush gardens and 12 outdoor barbecues.
This is one of the best locations on Maui! From your lanai, enjoy ever-changing ocean views of beautiful sunsets, rainbows, dolphins, turtles, seals, whales(Nov.-April), surfers and boats. You will be footsteps away from great swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing and relaxation.
This 3rd floor unit, in the desired 'L 'building, is an oceanfront unit with central air and ceiling fans throughout. Kitchen is fully equipped. The bathrooms are complete with new cabinets, granite counter tops and walk in showers. Of the waterfront buildings, the 'L' building has the closest parking to the building and an elevator. It is also the closest to the year round beach next door as the beach in front of us comes and goes with the tides.
This 2 bedroom IS NOT A LOFT! This condo has two very private bedrooms and A/C throughout or fans cool the condo easier than a two story loft area.
The condo sleeps four to six with a California king bed in the master bedroom. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves. All rooms are on the same level. If you tire of the view, there are two flat screen TV's in the living room and master bedroom.
Two twin beds in the second bedroom can be turned into a king bed upon request.
The living room sofa is a queen size sleeper sofa.
There is a washer/dryer in unit.

Our Maui oceanfront condo is OWNER OPERATED AND PRIVATELY OWNED. Our condo is not in the Rental Program although we do have a on island manager if issues should arise, so rest assured that our condo that you see here, is the one that you will rent from us.

PLEASE NOTE:
1. Papakea Resort is undergoing a 2-year "Interior Renovation" project to replace all indoor pipes. Noise is not expected to be audible in the condo, but there may be noise on some parts of the property (M-F 8am-5pm). The condo is being priced taking this construction work into consideration during the renovation. Building L will begin February 20, 2026 in the 01 block (we are in the 05 block) our block will begin March 24, 2026 and the entire L building is scheduled to be completed by May 1, 2026. If you have any concerns about this work, please contact me for more details.
