Awesome place for what my family needed. Management was very accommodating and responsive. Would recommend.
There was building construction next door that had been ongoing for a while. Our manager was able to move us to a quieter unit. It was second floor with a nicer view.
Maranda was very helpful.
Both units were clean and well appointed.
Condo needs a little more TLC. Steps to the beach which was a step stool which seemed unstable were not the best, especially for anyone with mobility issues. Being so close to the ocean and hearing the pounding of the waves was wonderful and relaxing for us.
Property is a bit careworn but evidence of efforts to update kitchen and bathrooms. Beds are comfortable.

The view is fabulous from this unit. We watched whales jumping and turtles swimming and resting on the beach right next to the retaining wall. The unit is spacious and comfortable. Really appreciate the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Also the washer and dryer. We lived to be able to walk right out the front door to watch the sea.
The locations is great, and the ocean outside the door cant be topped.
I would go back, but there was a couple of issues.
The hot water for showers would sometimes be hot, and others times luke warm, (I take short showers).
Being able to hear the waves is amazing, but when they crash into the wall 10 feet out side your room It is really load. Closing the window doesn't help as there is a missing glass pane in the master bedroom window.
The rooms done get dark, there is light coming in from the building lights.
The master bedroom bed is very very soft, and not constant. My partner slept on there very edges to keep our back from hurting.
also the back sun screes are missing there securing ties, so they are not usefull.
We've stayed at Nohonani many times but a first for this unit. It's been 4 years since we were here last & I was slightly disappointed in the unit's condition. A sinkhole just to the left of the Lanai with the caution tape was an eyesore. Missing glass panes in master bedroom are a security concern, screens that are bent and don't slide easily, duct taped drapes. & unit needs to be painted. The exterior shared the same lack of paint- especially around windows. I think Covid really allowed the maintenance to slip, as it just seemed tired as a whole today. I can put up with alot but the sinkhole should have been disclosed. The positives- it's Maui & oceanfriont. Beds very comfortable. Well appointed kitchen.. Would I stay here again? Yes, but please make some small repairs to screens, paint, replace glass panes & drapes would be nice. Dealbreakers? No You can't beat the location. I always walked past this unit when staying in other rooms & lionged to stay here- ground floor as far from pool as possible. It didn't look as nice as it did 4 years ago after a renter gave me a quick tour.
We enjoyed our stay, but quickly learned that having no AC was difficult. Sometimes the wind would blow right, but when it wasn't, no one was sleeping. There was construction, but we would sit on the wall every night to watch the sunset. The views of the turtles was amazing. If you can handle the heat, this condo is for you. Also, the washer and dryer were very helpful.
Condo was great! Beautiful views, turtles seen every day, washer & dryer a pkus & the beach chairs & beach towels were much appreciated. 1 complaint & that is the no A/C is not listed on the VRBO listing. Miranda did get us an extra fan but too hot to use kitchen oven.
This condo was nice and clean. There were a few things that could use some updating; the faucet in the bathroom, the toilet paper holder, even maybe the living room furniture, however, we didn’t spend much time in the condo, so those things weren’t major concerns. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was updated and had everything we needed! You couldn’t ask for a better location or views, the sunsets are breathtaking. Miranda, the property manager was easy to work with. Allowed for an early check in at noon, she text to let us know to contact her if we needed anything, which we never needed to! We had a fantastic week and look forward to returning!
