Nice, but a few suggestions to make it really nice. Remove the bad smell from the bathroom sink by cleaning the black mold in the overflow vent. (See photos)Remove the black mold in the shower tile grout and the bottom of the shower shelf. Finish tiling the bottom side of the triangular shower shelf. That will help the shower to smell better. Properly mount the wobbly toilet. Bolts should be trimmed and capped. Use shims to eliminate any movement of the ceramic base. Location and views were great! Nice Pool, well maintained grounds. Quick access to good restaurants.
It was a nice condo, had a little beach with turtles on it every day, good location and came with everything that was needed, we enjoyed our stay!

This vacation rental unit was the perfect fit for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young kiddos). The location was great (so close to the water, very quiet, private beaches, turtles, rainbows, etc.) and the condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We're already starting to plan for our return!
It was nice place no complains. One minor thing that the unit has partial ocean view. There are other units that have full ocean view.
We enjoyed our stay at Kuleana. The unit is large and comfortable. The use of the cooler and boogie boards was very helpful; they were used almost every day. The kitchen was well appointed for use except a cutting board and oven mitts.
We saw turtles almost every day. We were usually had pool to ourselves. The small beach was not very busy.
The unit is located by the road and garbage and recycling bins. Easy access to these but noisy when it is pickup day.
Love this location and this room did not disappoint. It’s one of the best and biggest rooms privately owned in this resort. Room came with everything you could need to feel at home away from home with extras. There were beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys on the patio. 2 tvs! Comfy pull out bed as well to match the comfy master bed.
Great location, quiet, fantastic views. Loved the balcony. Wished that the fan would have worked in the master bedroom. Pool was not busy. I would definitely return.

There are 4 back pack style beach chairs in the bin on the lanai that we loved using. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, very well appointed, there could be more towels for the bathroom. Overall fantastic place. We will stay here again for sure!

Great location near Lahaina, this condo also had a beautiful, clear-water private beach with enough trees for shade which made a day at the beach really comfortable. We snorkeled with tropical fish and sea turtles right in front of our condo. The property was beautifully landscaped and well maintained. Our room was cozy and well-stocked with everything we needed. We had an absolutely amazing time!

We stayed at the Kuleana 206 for 7 days. We were very pleased with the condo itself. It was well appointed with everything that we needed. The rooms were very spacious and had plenty of space for two adults two teens. I felt like the furniture was basically brand new, the linens were very nice, the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, and had a lovely counter to store our stuff on, the sofa bed was fabulous and extremely comfortable for my children, the decor was very modern and beach. The air conditioning works WONDERFUL and cooled us down after a long day! Finally, the condo patio was very big and provided a gorgeous view! The patio also had a deck box with beach chairs, a cooler, snorkels, boogie boards and other beach toys. It was so nice to have!!

The Kuleana itself was also beautiful! Tons of parking, GORGEOUS grounds that were well manicured and a beautiful clean pool. The only downfall of the Kuleana was in the listing there are various pictures of a beach. There are no beaches at Kuleana! Apparently there was a beach a while ago, but due to erosion, it has not been there for a few years, according to locals and full time residents. I understand, but also want others to know so they can make an informed decision. Sometimes it’s just nice to come “home” to a beach, take a walk, have coffee early in the morning…..
Overall I would definitely recommend this condo to others. I would also not hesitate to rent from the property managers again. We were very pleased.

The place smelled of mold, I developed a significant back ache from sleeping on the mattress after day one. The mattress needs replacing. The water flow in the shower was below average and inadequate.I would not come back to this unit nor could I recommend it to anyone else.

This condo was super clean, well-appointed, and had a beautiful view. Loved having breakfast on the patio every morning and the very well stocked kitchen (with sharp knives, when does that ever happen in a rental?) My one critique would be the management's apparent desire for guests to stock toiletries and extra toilet paper themselves, which seems like an unnecessary and silly way to save costs when stocking those necessities would save your guests some time and energy. Also, please figure out the booking system so you're not sending 300 emails related to a reservation--It was very hard to sort through all the emails I received and find the relevant instructions and check-in/check-out information. Thank you!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon in Maui. It was a well furnished condo, felt spacey and had a great view of the ocean.
This condo was perfect for my wife and I and our 8 month old son. The view was amazing and the amenities worked great for the three of us! We will definately be back!
