Amazingly clean and perfectly lovely. The beach is stunning!! I love being able to walk the boardwalk!!
Perfect beachfront location. Kitchen was amazingly stocked as if we were at home. Views were amazing. We saw turtles every day. Couldn’t have chosen a better place for 2 people.
We enjoyed rhis property so much! We come to the island every year and always stay at a condo for the convenience of a kitchen and laundry facilities. We loved that this property was close enough to the resort area of Kaanapali without feeling a part of the resorts. The beach area is amazing and an easy access and walk directly from the Mahana. The view is amazing and we had the best sunsets. We definitely will be staying here again!
The condo and the property were very clean and well maintained. The view was spectacular. Everything was as advertised.
This place is in such a great location. We were always able to get beach space and there’s plenty of places to eat and activities to do close by! The place was clean, easy to access, and has the best view I’ve ever seen! We loved it here.
The condo exceeded our expectations. The view was indescribable. You have to see it to believe it…….full double rainbows, nighttime rainbows, a serene and uncrowded beach and ocean. The unit was very well stocked and Alicia was very helpful and responsive with my questions.
The room, view, and location were wonderful and Alicia was excellent with communication and helpfulness. We would definitely stay here again if returning to Maui.
The room was wonderful. Views were amazing, and all the amenities were much more than expected. I worked with Alicia from the beginning, and appreciated her responsiveness and help with questions, help with car rentals, and anything that came up.

This penthouse is so beautiful with majestic views of the beach. You can see turtles, whales and sunset right from the window. It is spotless and well equipped which makes you feel right at home. Owner is very responsive and quick to reach.Will definitely rent this again whenever we are back in Maui
The condo was very comfortable and right on the ocean. We had everything we needed. Our host was on top of everything —— the whole process was flawless

Came to Maui to see the Whales and could not have picked a better place to do just that. Being on the 12th floor provided a great vantage point to Whale watch. Mahana property is about as close as one can get to being on the water. Nice pool and hot tub at the property. Besides seeing lots of Whales…also get to see lots of Turtles and surfers. Easy walk to great restaurants and food trucks near by. Guest room is well appointed, comfortable though mattress should be replaced soon. The view is spectacular!
Go here over Christmas and New Years! Perfect place, lots of whales and best beach around!!
This unit has the most beautiful view that I’ve ever had at a VRBO unit. I’m not a big fan of the sand and this made me feel like I was sitting on the beach without the sand! ♥️. Every kitchen tool or supply was always handy. The unit is well stocked and I hope I get the pleasure of visiting again some day.

You really can’t be anymore oceanfront! It’s like the condo is sitting on top of the ocean!
The condo complex is at the end of a cul de sac and fairly small compared to neighboring properties. Therefore total peace and quiet. Yet, if you want more of a resort experience, there are big resorts just steps away.

We loved our stay and views!
WOW!! This unit was more than what we expected. The view from all the rooms was spectacular. The photos should be updated on VRBO. My husband and I were in Maui to celebrate our 24th wedding anniversary. We were so excited when we arrived at the unit and saw how nice it was. It was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. The beach and resorts were a short walk away. We are already planning our next trip to Maui 2025 and will be booking this unit again!
No words can describe our experience at this place! Visiting Maui can't be anything but epic, however the stay can always add more credits. Alicia was nice, friendly, communicative and very generous to accommodate some requests we made. If you are going for anniversary or honeymoon, this place will never disappoint you!!

From stay to finish, location, amenities and experience was unbelievable!! From the entrance into the condo to the patio directly over the beach and ocean, hands down the greatest vacation ever! We highly recommend anyone looking for a top notch home away fr9m home. Everything was raadily available and best quality amenities.
I will definitely stay here again! It was clean, comfortable and great location. Bed was comfortable and the unit came with everything you needed for a beach day. The view is unmatched
Everything about this rental was amazing. If you’re thinking about booking, definitely do it! After visiting Maui for the first time we were overwhelmed with the amount of places and locations to book. We are extremely happy with our decision. The hosts were great to deal with. Check in was extremely simple. The place was spotless, with all the beach gear you’d ever need. Lots of spices and everything you’d need in the kitchen. The views from the balcony, bedroom, living room, and kitchen are insane. All you can see is ocean. Feels like you’re on a cruise ship. The beach and snorkeling out front are some of the top we’ve ever seen. When snorkeling out front the amount of fish and turtles are crazy. A pod of dolphins was in the area that we could see from the balcony. As well as in the ocean! Will be back again!
Property itself is fine. Still waiting for $600 refund (10 days@$60 per day) for no A/C and construction noise. Left message for Alicia. No response yet. She earlier said it would be handled through VRBO at the conclusion of our stay.
My wife and I had been planning our Anniversary trip to Hawaii for some time. We knew we wanted to be on Maui but weren't really sure what location would best suit our needs. We were looking for the trifecta of a property that offered an amazing view, beach access and a nice beach facing pool. This location provided all of that and more!
The pool was very nice with a deep 9' end as well as a nice hot tub, and the beach area in front of the location was usually fairly quiet (which we were just fine with). But the view...oh my gosh the view! Words and pictures cannot do it justice. You have a picture perfect view of both Lanai an Moloka'i fight from you back porch. Many afternoons we'd just sit there and watch boats, green sea turtles and whales playing in the water right within view.
The location is perfect as well. We really enjoyed bein on the northern side of Kaanapali which we felt wasn't as crowded as areas south of Black Rock Beach. There were plenty of awesome local shops and restaurants right along the highway which provided quick access to other areas if we were so inclined.
The unit is also in great shape and management did a great job of communicating everything with us prior to our stay as well as during. We had an absolutely wonderful time and will definitely be coming back for a future visit!
The condo had an amazing view over the ocean. It was a great place to view the Maui sunset. Also a great place to walk or jog along the walkways. Alicia was easy to work with and when a few issues arose, she was quick to get back to us. We are looking forward to returning next year
