Overall, the location is outstanding, super close to all amenities. The beach is amazing. Restaurants and shopping are all within walking distance. We did have a few minor maintenance issues on the property. The dishwasher does have some broken parts, one of the blinds fell down on a window in the main living room that looks out to the ocean, which was inconvenient for our last couple days. I would stay in this location again.
Room was great. The ac's were down for roof construction but we were made aware of this before our stay.

Location was amazing - the view, the view, the view!!! Feels like you are on the ocean. Whale watching was an everyday occurrence - along with some dolphins, a monk seal and sea turtle. Unit was very clean and had everything you need. So nice to have laundry in unit. Thank you!!
Property was very clean, well-stocked, well-furnished, location cannot be beat (I repeat, "cannot be beat"), right on ocean-front, go to sleep listening to the surf. We hope to stay there again.
Very nice location with awesome views of the ocean. Short walking distance to food, amenities and boardwalk. Loved watching whales and sea turtles from the lanai.Highly recommend!
My favorite part was listening to the ocean waves from the room. The room is very spacious and clean. We were lacking some shampoo and conditioner amenities and it took a day or so to get it but The condo was overall very nice, spacious, walking location to a lot of restaurants. Is located right on the walking beach path. We did not use the pool because it was quite small, there was other things to do like going into the ocean.

This is a lovely condo overlooking the ocean, very tastefully decorated in Hawaiian style, recently renovated, with several useful kitchen instruments (such as a great blender!), and with a lovely oceanfront lanai. We particularly loved falling asleep and waking up to the gentle sound of the -very mild- ocean waves and watching so many sea turtles swimming right in front of us! We’d definitely love to come back.

Pictures are accurate, the ocean view is the jewel in the crown. Central AC was a plus, just understand it will shut off if both slider doors are open. As a result, it can take quite a while to cool down, especially when the sun is at its max during the day. The shades can help mitigate that though. Otherwise, very nice location and layout of the condo. Washer/dryer was welcomed. Only room for improvement would be a few more spatulas for say cooking eggs in the morning.
