10 days of great weather, beach just steps away, 1st floor condo well supplied with everything including beach chairs and towels and umbrella, kitchen tools, and oceanside view with wave soynds to put you to sleep.
The location of this unit was great. Next to a sandy beach and nice restaurant on one side, and park with rocky beach on the other side. Just down the street was an awesome place to snorkel with the sea turtles. It was not far from town and a couple of good surf spots. I just had to get over the pink walls and ceiling fans chains hanging all over the place. But heck, I’m in Hawaii:)

Love the location. Room was great with the exception of the floors it was as if the mop had not been rinsed off enought an it left a film of durt on floors so we were constantly having to wash our feet. I love the place though and will return. Thanks so much for making the rental process so easy.
Literally on the ocean where you can watch the sunset over a classic Hawaiian scene. Very convenient location for both Kona and South coast exploration. Beaches on both sides if you are feeling lazy. The one on the south side has good snorkeling if the ocean is calm.

A great oceanfront spot at affordable price. Expect some occasional noise from busy street, but mostly quiet and quiet nights. Could use a deeper cleaning, and fresh paint, and shower drain runs slow. But overall wonderful little place and nice older condo complex. Comfortable bed and couch. The remodeled units have higher rates, so I was glad to find a perfectly fine older unit at an affordable price.
The location was really nice. It’s on the water, about 20 minutes from the airport, and less than 10 minutes from the busy tourist area/shopping in Kailua-Kona. There’s a public beach next to the property, and crashing waves/tide pools right out front. The large sliding doors on the lanai were cool.
The unit was a bit just big enough for our family of 4. We didn’t spend a ton of time there outside of sleeping and some meals. It’s an older building/unit, but well-maintained.
My kids liked the pool… which seems weird with the beach right next door, but it was nice to be able to float without waves.
Comfortable, had all the necessities. The location right next to the ocean was fantastic. Would definitely return again.

This unit is in a really nice spot. The good, we were able to check in early and check out late. The unit was clean. The bad, this place really needs updating the electrical is all over the place, out in the open. From the couch we counted 4 different light fixtures/ceiling fans. Furniture dated.
Enjoyed the Pacific Ocean from the balcony.
