We loved the central location of the condo so we could explore the whole island. We booked the condo for the air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms. That was nice since that was hard to find when I was looking at places. The only issue we had was with the hot water. The water was just warm the whole week we were there and was cold within 5 minutes. Other than that we loved the place
Property was great for two couples. Location near marina, short walk to beach, restaurants and shopping. View of mountains and ocean was nice to sit on balcony morning and evening. Everything was clean and as described. Barb checked in to make sure our stay was going well. Fantastic vacation!!
This property is located in a beautiful area, the views from the balcony are gorgeous. The host was kind and responsive but the inside of the condo needs so much work. Every blanket and sheet we found were dirty/stained. The living room curtain rod is totally rusted out, trash cans dirty and moldy. Bathrooms were dirty, carpets and walls stained. We checked in at 3pm on a Tuesday and left by 7:30am the next day because of the cleanliness of the place. The host did compensate us some, but we were only there less than 24 hours. She did offer us another condo to stay in as well, but we chose to leave and book an entirely different place. I think this condo could be incredible with a deep clean, new bedding. Fresh paint and carpet.

We love this little corner of Maalaea and have stayed in several different complexes over the years, but this particular unit is perfect for our family of three. So much so that this was our second booking. Central location on the island with just enough to do within walking distance. Short-ish drive to Kihei for everything else.
Unit is clean, comfortable and simple. I like the open kitchen-that’s what sold me in the first place. While I can’t speak for other times of the year, in late Oct you can watch sea turtles in the water below from the lanai. Or go down and watch up close!
We stayed in July of 2024. The property was very clean, well kept and the views were amazing! The property is close to a few restaurants, not too far from a Kaipukaihina Beach with an abundance of shops and restaurants. Also close to the airport and the Highway to Hana as well as a short drive north to West Maui.
The only thing you must be aware of is the parking. The onsite parking is that it’s underground and the clearance is only 6 feet. We were able to get our rental SUV in, but it was close.
Bottom line is you can’t go wrong by staying here!
Really enjoyed our time there. The pool was delightful and we could just walk over to shops and harbor for our sunset cruise.
We loved this condo and the view is spectacular. We loved watching the whales and watching the turtles from our deck. This is the 2nd time at there and love the view. The condo is very well maintained and Barb was very friendly. We will be back again.
The condo is on the 4th floor and is easily accessible via an elevator. Your parking spot is assigned for ease of parking each day. The other tenants that I came in contact with were kind and helpful. The harbor and lots of cruise offerings is within walking distance. The condo is in a lovely, well maintained complex. The unit is well appointed with enough room for 5. We enjoyed the lanai immensely. A great family or couples stay! Thank you Barbara
