Looked exactly like the photos. Amazing views of the lake crab, great location for either beach or pool (although ocean in that location is a bit rough for swimming). Comfortable bedding and the kitchen / living room set up was perfect for relaxing dinners. Favorite spot was the lanai - at any time of day. One caution - while the property does have air conditioning as detailed in the listing, it really only works in the living area. The separate system in the bedrooms never really worked and as it was fairly hot, that was unfortunate. The guest bed was marginally cooler (likely because of proximity to the living area. Fans helped - but as we have had similar air conditioning splits in our home, we might suggest a portable unit might be more effective. That wasn't enough to dock a star as everthing else was so good - but as the air was one factor that impacted our choice of this unit, feel the caution is fair to alert others. All that said - we would stay again (just might be more tactical in choosing a time of year!).
Super easy location-restaurants and shops within walking distance. The condo is decorated beautifully and had everything we needed.And did I mention the beach? Breathtaking! Would definitely return.Thank you for a lovely stay.
Fantastic ocean view, just as pictured. Well appointed, spacious condo. Very convenient location, walkable to shops and restaurants, equal distance to Poipu and Princeville. Wish we could stay forever :)

Fantastic place. Would stay again. Walking distance to several shops and food. Beach and pool were great. We like the location on the island. Can drive to most destinations in an hour or less.
This property is well-thought out and time was put into the lighting and small conveniences. We loved that this was a "give to get" property with spices, oils and the extras for those who enjoy cooking during their stay. Appreciate the extension cord, makeup mirror, fan (for white noise) and couch blanket. We used ALL of the beach equipment including the cooler, an added bonus for a day at the beach. These little things made for a nice family stay.

This was a beautiful property with a beautiful view. The only thing lacking was an elevator. Three flights of stair was hard on this senior citizen’s knees but it was worth it!
The furnishings, and location were perfect. The views from the lanai were breathtaking and having the more quiet beach and walkable restaurants just steps away made our stay extra enjoyable. We will be back!

The resort was beautiful. The view from the room was spectacular. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare a meal. The location was great. It is close to the Coconut marketplace and beautiful beaches. Highly recommend
The decor was nice and the beds comfortable. The master shower leaks terribly with a half glass that doesn’t allow for a proper shower without water everywhere. We were never able to get any of the TVs to work and there were no instructions. The patio was nice with a wonderful view. The actual condo is in need of some serious maintenance. M
This place has an amazing view and was so comfortable. It’s a great place for 2 couples or a family. It’s very roomie and the kitchen is well stocked! It was a great location in Kapaa. We felt it was very centralized for seeing the island. It’s a quiet area and pool is nice. The beach is only steps away from the pool area. We Will be back!

The location was great as we were right in between two of our favorite beaches Tunnels on the North Shore and Poipu in the South. Had a great time at Kipu Ranch on the UTV tour. The condo was well appointed, clean and comfortable with an amazing view! Would definitely come back!
This third-floor unit is a well-maintained gem, perfect for a family vacation in Kauai. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of utensils, and you can enjoy the soothing sound of ocean waves from the living room. There's convenient access to a small beach right through the building. The rooms are clean and come with TVs, including one in the living room, and the spacious bathrooms are pristine. You can relax on the lanai and watch the sea. The location is excellent, close to the Coconut Marketplace and Safeway, and it's not too far from the airport either. Overall, a fantastic place for a family getaway.
Location was good, nice view but no real beach. Condo needed a good deep cleaning, only one set of bedding, furnishings pretty worn compared to pictures, operation of ceiling fans was iffy (some worked, some not) bedrooms noisey from parking lot/trash truck collection. We had a monster cockroach in the bathroom and many ants everywhere. Probably would not stay here again. We could have gotten much nicer accommodations elsewhere for the price.
Wonderful week in kauai. The location is perfect - close to all the sights and short drive from the airport.
The condo was clean and the complex is location right on the beach. Restaurants, groceries nearby as well.

We came to this island to relax and this was the perfect place for that! The view of the ocean was beautiful. It was so quiet and peaceful. We just stayed by the pool or down on the beach. The landscaping was incredible and very well taken care of. People were friendly and offered suggestions for restaurants or things to do. If we ever have the opportunity to return to Kauai, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!
We couldn't have been happier with the condo and location. The condo was just as pictured, and the views are incredible! The check-in instructions were easy and the hosts were accommodating and responsive. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Kauai!

This property is in an excellent location for seeing all of Kauai. It is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and activities. Having the lanai that gets the sun till mid afternoon was fantastic.
