Very beautiful condo unit. Had a couple of maintenance issues that were mostly resolved quickly. Parking is easy and well stocked with beach gear.
The view from the balcony was mesmerizing...we spent most of our time while in the condo out there. There could be a little tlc but everything you could need was provided like beach towels, chairs, snorkeling equipment, flippers, binoculars etc.....we didn't have to rent anything but a surfboard and a boogie board. Kitchen is well equipped and i really don't have any bad things to day. i would definitely rent there again.
We finished our 3 island holiday here, we are from Australia & were meeting American friends & this was the worst ending to our holiday. We could accept some of the dated features of the property but the maintenance is way off. The internal doors are impossible to slide with one of them needing you to put your full force into it and another not working at all. In one bathroom the downlight is missing with a lamp on the toilet as the replacement. A cupboard door is just leaning against the cupboard, wooden blinds are coming out of their tracks and the second bedroom with ensuite bathroom has a bad smell of mould and had to leave the fan on at all times to try and combat the smell. The tumble dryer damaged/tore some of the clothes as the lint filter is broken. The only positive was the incredible views from the balcony. We didn’t contact the property about it as these weren’t small issues that could be fixed in the time we were there.

We stayed in this condo for a week (six nights), and our group included myself and my husband, our two teenage kids (18 and 15) and my older (75) parents. We had a wonderful time, and absolutely loved our stay. Yes, the condo is dated, but everything is perfectly functional and we had no issues. Yes, we saw a cockroach twice (may have been the same one), but we made sure to put food away and never saw another one. The condo is super spacious, plenty of room for six people, and NO ONE will ever top that balcony - incredible. There were plenty of A/C units, which kept us very cool, and a large washer/dryer that we used to wash stuff. The condo was well-stocked with snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, beach towels, and some VERY basic supplies (be prepared to go to the store for more!). Some light switches didn't work, and one of the bedrooms definitely has a full bed, NOT a queen. (The front balcony bedroom that is not the master has a queen - the back bedroom is a full. Not a huge deal for us, but we had to switch some stuff around because my parents couldn't really sleep on the full.) There are three bathrooms, which is fabulous for several people, and the kitchen has just about every dish, pot, and appliance you could want. We cooked all our own meals except for one night, which saved us lots of money. It's located south of the "big" tourist area, which means it's quieter, but you will have to drive 5-10 minutes to get to all that. Loved it all!
Amazing ocean view. Very well appointed home. Kitchen has all you need. There are 3 bathrooms, one with a bidet. Plenty of pool and ocean toys, umbrellas, chairs and boogie boards not to mention beach towels. Wonderful surprise for our 3 kids. Very clean home with nice washer and dryer and starter detergent. Great communication with property management. We really enjoyed the pool after long day at near by Magic Sand Beach and Kahalu’u Snorkel Park.
Great cottage steps from a nice sandy beach. 2nd flior unit is nice as well. Fully equipped kitchen, nice chairs and table. Clean and super quiet. Would stay here again for sure
Beautiful ocean view close to town and local beaches and if you like to eat, pokey pokey shack, located at the bottom floor. Can’t wait to come back.
Spacious and useful. It was so nice to have a full laundry room.Had to ask other patrons about where to park and where the trash bins were hidden, but the late checkout was so nice. Thank you.

While the inside of the unit is a bit dated, it is a great value and the view is amazing. There were only 2 of us so we had a lot of extra room. Check-in process was super easy and we appreciated the late check-out.

The property is a little dated but you can’t beat the location. The lanai is huge and we saw a bunch of whales during our stay. Included free parking was nice too.
This was a perfect place to stay. 4 bedrooms a large living/dining area and good kitchen. The location was as advertised. We had great views of the Ocean and the tide pools were just outside our place. A Very large balcony.
Great location, clean, beautiful ocean views. Everything was great. Could use a couple updates, but that’s not a big deal.
The property was well appointed, the beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels, and it was clean. The real star is the lanai. You cannot beat the sunset views, the star gazing from the lanai, or the sounds of the waves crashing on to the rocks below. The lanai alone is worth it. I already miss falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean and enjoying a glass of wine while watching the sun set over the Pacific.
We (2 families, 7 of us) spent 5 nights 2024 new year, fall in love with this place. We decided to come back again this year. Stayed 6 nights during Xmas.No regret at all, we really enjoyed every moment of it, breathtaking view, gorgeous sunset, the most relaxing place is sitting on balcony. This place has everything we need for a comfortable living, very clean, well equipped kitchen for cooking. Host agent is very responsive and easy communication. Property management is very friendly and helpful. Still on our top list for next year holiday! Thanks so much for hosting us again!
WOW! What a breathtaking view! We spent most of our time on the beautiful, expansive balcony listening to crashing waves, watching surfers, and enjoying the whales and sea turtles. The condo was very clean and stocked with everything we needed for a lovely vacation. The pool and hot tub were great, and the condo is conveniently located to everything! We would definitely stay here again! Aloha!
This condo was overlooking the water. Everywhere you went was an ocean view. Exactly as described and in the photos. It was the perfect amount of space and privacy for my husband and I plus our 3 adult kids and 2 teens. Lots of extras provided…snorkeling boogie boards, and games. We would definitely stay there again.

The lanai on this condo is where we spent most of our time. It is absolutely breathtaking! There were frequently turtles in the tide pool, and you cant beat the sound of the ocean with your morning coffee.
The condo was also well stocked. We were pleasantly surprised to find almost everything we needed from shampoo to qtips in the bathrooms and snorkels and flippers in the laundry room. It was also useful to have access to the coolers for when we were out for the day and needed to pack some snacks and water!
The only reason we didnt give this a 5 star rating is because we did have cockroach activity. While we know they are common on the island, we experienced them in the kitchen and the bedrooms frequently, despite being diligent about not leaving food as we knew other reviewers had struggled with them. We did ask to have the condo sprayed while we were there, but never received confirmation that it was done. We did start placing a towel under the front door, the same day we asked for the spraying to be done and we did not see any of the big ones in the bedrooms after that. The smaller ones in the kitchen were harder to combat, but there was a roach trap in the laundry room that we were able to utilize.
Ultimately, the lanai wins the trip for this condo and we are still longingly looking at the pictures we took while out there. Mahalo for your hospitality!

We really enjoyed our stay at this amazing condo. Everything was fantastic and the view from the lanai is epic. Our family had a wonderful stay here. The A/C works great and the beds were comfortable. There was a covered parking garage and a nice pool in the courtyard that was shaded by the building. We had three couples and a single guest and had plenty of space.

The Condo was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and the balcony looking over the water. It had everything we needed.
Pros:
* Location, views, balcony were perfect - spectacular!
* Plenty of room for the 6 of us, comfortable beds
* Bathrooms/bedrooms nicely remodeled
* Washer/dryer, all kitchen appliances
* TVs in main room and all bedrooms, WiFi
* Plenty of parking
* Elevator for elderly mother-in-law
* AC in every room (did have to reset breaker a few times)
* Nice extras to have available (hats, snorkel gear, boogie boards, drying racks, etc.)
Cons:
* The handful of cockroaches in the kitchen each morning were hard to overlook
* Road noise in the two landward side bedrooms made it difficult to sleep in those rooms
All in all, an overall good experience. We would rent again.

Property was the best we have stayed at, right on the beach/water! You cannot ask for a better location. It's close to kona downtown, close to many larger beaches and gorgeous views. We'd stay here again for sure.
Beautiful view, right above the ocean. Whale watching was great! And Green Sea Turtles. The condo had plenty of room and amenities.
