This is an amazing property. Very clean, has all the amenities, has a beautiful view of the ocean and sunset and is within walking distance of restaurant/shopping. Highly recommend.

Our stay in D24 at the Kona Reef Condos was the perfect location for exploring the west cost of Kona. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. For our time in May we didn’t need to use the AC if we kept the lanai doors open and the ceiling fans on. The owners provided detailed and useful information for check-in/out. We would stay here again!
Super clean well appointed condo right on the ocean in a great location. While the pool area is very quiet and enjoyable.
My husband and I stayed in February and everything was great! The view is amazing, the condo is clean, it's so close to restaurants, the bed is comfortable, i highly recommend and I'd totally stay again!
From the moment we arrived just before sunset, we were blown away by the breathtaking ocean view—an absolutely perfect welcome to paradise. The condo was spotless, beautifully updated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need (and more!). We especially loved the high-top table on the lanai, which provided an unobstructed view of the ocean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for restful nights after days of adventure.One of the best surprises was the refreshing natural cross breeze, especially after sunset. Coming from a colder climate, we absolutely loved the fresh ocean air and never needed to use the AC at night—it felt incredible!The location couldn’t have been better. Just a short walk down the road, we had easy access to great shops and restaurants.KaCee and Kurt had wonderful communication throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed for a seamless experience. Would love to stay here again next time we are in Kona!
This condo is exactly like the pictures. It is updated and clean. The view from the lanai is incredible. We were able to see whales and spinner dolphins as well as surfers. The location is ideal for walking to restaurants and stores. The owners kept in contact with us and have provided all the necessities for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was perfect for the 2 of us. It had everything we needed and was a perfect location. The sunset was stunning every night and best seen from the condo.
Our favorite location in Kona. We like to walk in to town for dinner and happy hours. This is a well maintained property.
The condo is great! Location is perfect, walking distance to the restaurants and shops. The view from the lanai is breathtaking….we weren’t there for whale season unfortunately just a couple of weeks early, but we saw dolphins, surfers and the cruise ships!
Beach towels and chairs are provided, parking was always available and the bed was very comfortable! Correspondence with the hosts Kurt & KaCee was also good.
Nice condo, with a superb ocean view over the Kona bay. Exquisite sunsets guaranteed. Fully equipped. Very calm and less than 1 km away from Kona village. Nice deco inside the condo. All instructions to enter where clear (did have to call).

Great property. Older complex but our unit was modern and very clean. View from balcony is what every Hawaii visitor wants.
Owner so easy to contact and quick responses. Would definitely stay there again. Only challenge can be parking if you return after 8 PM. Underground spots available but tight fit for medium to large autos.
Have stayed at Kona Reef before and this stay did not disappoint! Walking distance to town, nice pool and oceanfront .. what more can you ask for??!?! We will be back !

This place was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The view can’t be beat. Right on the water. The owner was very communicative and checked on us during our stay. I highly recommend it!

This property was beautiful! The lanai overlooking to ocean was sublime & roomy. The bed was very comfy, and all of the decorations were lovely, with a classic Hawaiian theme!
The condo was exactly as described. The view of the waves hitting the shore and the surfers was amazing. The ability to walk to restaurants and shops was perfect!
The condo was wonderful. We loved all of the Hawaiian decor. The owner did a great job decorating the unit. It is very comfortable and homey. The owners thought of everything that you would need to make your stay very convenient including a cooler, beach chairs and beach towels. The ocean view was amazing. The proximity to downtown Kona was within walking distance. We really enjoyed staying there. Looking forward to coming back in a year or two.

Great Kona “base-camp” overall - nice ocean view incl sunsets. Very well stocked with a home away from home feel - incl thought out items that saved us time to run around and purchase - from plastic sandwich bags to bandaids just to name a couple.

The view is the first thing that grabs your attention when you walk in. It is simply astounding. The ocean couldn't be any closer. After we pulled ourselves back into the condo from the lanai we were so pleased with everything. It was just right. Details-nice bed although a bit tall for short me (5'2") I used a stool to give myself a boost into bed. Truly not a problem. The shower is a great walk in size (room for 2) with a nice shower head. Kitchen is well equipped. We cooked alot. The view was so great we didn't want to miss any sunsets. Nice washer and dryer. The pool very nice, I was in it most evenings. Honls beach right next door was great for dipping your toes in the ocean. To rough to swim there unless you surf. Plenty of swimming beachs near by. Our favorite was Waikoloa. We never used the AC just open the back door, front door (with locking security screen) and open the bedroom windows to let in the breeze. We were there in March and saw whales and dolphins from the lania!!! Can't wait to go back. Aloha.

The property had everything you could want or need. Beach gear like chairs and coolers, books to enjoy, spices for when you want to cook like a local, within walking distance of every ammentity, and even whales!! The whales were easily seen while sitting on the private lanai. It was just a great place to stay.
