Room was clean and view was excellent. They were redoing the parking garage so it will fet better, plenty of space between vehicles in the garages
Oceanfront location. Clean apartment. Thoughtful accessories like condiments , pool towels etc

This property is perfect! In a great location, it has an elevator and easy access! When you open the door you see the ocean. We enjoyed hearing the waves crashing and watching the locals surf. It was such an enjoyed experience and would definitely stay here again.
The location was perfect and the view was incredible. My son had a blast fishing off the rocks out front and exploring the tide pools.

This condo has amazing views! We watched whales swim across the ocean and turtles swimming up to the little beach from the balcony! The owner had great communication! The location was perfect. We would stay here again!
Top floor direct oceanfront condo, well equipped and exactly as advertised.
Great location, right on the beach, quiet. Can hear the waves from the bedroom, very soothing. Place was clean, had everything you needed. Loved sitting on the balcony, excellent condo.

Our stay here could only be described as incredible! The unit was beautifully updated, very clean and had a good amount of space.
The views from our Lanai were breathtaking! We would wake up in the morning and have coffee on the balcony while watching the waves which were right in front of us. We would watch the surfers while sipping on nice Kona Coffee.
The resources of the place were great. In one of the closets they had snorkeling gear that we used and the beach equipment and chairs were very helpful.
This place was gorgeous and we highly recommend this to anyone who wants a good stay in Kailua Kona! Would love to come back!
The condo has recently been renovated and was very clean and well equipped with everything you need.It is perfectly located on the top floor in the middle of the building with the elevator very close.We never used the air conditioning because we left the sliders open so there was always a slight breeze and we could hear the waves crashing right below. The view and sunsets were spectacular. My only regret was we didn’t stay here longer. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.
The condo was in great shape and very clean. Air conditioning was nice in the evening but the ocean breeze was lovely all day. Everything we needed for a week was there…beach chairs and umbrella were so handy!
The view and sound of ocean at night was everything you would want from an Oceanside rental. The complex was quiet and parking easy. Not much beach to sit on right outside the condo, but spent hours enjoying the ocean from the private deck. Sunset every evening was a highlight.
100% recommend this condo for a relaxing place to stay on the Big Island!!!
We loved our stay. The lanai is the best for sure. Watching surfers from sun up to sun down, an occasional turtle in the tide pools, and the most amazing sunsets. The condo has everything you need. Most appreciated are the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler! The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked a few meals there and had everything we needed. Would stay again!
Enjoyed the location on the ocean with great views and relaxing sounds from the wave action! Clean and inviting condo with plenty of room for two people. Amenities were good and parking friendly.

Our second time renting with these owners (last year Kauai) and again it was a well-equipped, well-decorated unit. Everything you might need was provided. Cleanliness is really an issue for me and this was a very clean unit. The location I found to be ideal, away from the bustle of the town, but close enough for easy access. You have your choice of several nearby beaches. Highly recommend.

We had a fabulous time in Kona! The condo is beautiful and the view is fantastic!
The bed in the primary bedroom was probably the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. Communication with the owners was great. I would definitely stay here again in the future! Mahalo for having us!
The lanai is spectacular -- the view so wonderful that we could have lived out there for our entire stay!!
This is our second stay at this property and it was as amazing as the last. Ocean front property with a straight down look at some of the most amazing views. We took a whale watching tour (mid-late Dec) this visit and the boat parked out right out front of this condo for checking out the whales and dolphins so keep your eyes out there!
Condo is amazing and well appointment, hosts are great communicators and easy to work with. Would stay at this or another one of their properties again as we see more islands.
Amazing view (saw a pod of dolphins swim by, two sea turtles swam in the rocks right below, and a third crawled up onto the beach), fully stocked, including beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels, brilliant communication with the host, and a perfect location. All in all, a terrific stay! 🏝️ Highly, highly recommend!!

The view was awesome and the sound of the ocean right outside made the visit so relaxing. Having the AC was great in the afternoon when it was warm but most of the time the windows and ceiling fans were enough. Well accommodated until, excellent instructions and great communication!
